Our Contract:
•Sweep & Clean Cobwebs Plus contract is for the life of our client. We serve anywhere from one day service to one year service. Or until our client says otherwise. Email us for further details.
•All commercial cleaning services i.e., (Apartment Buildings) (Rental Cleanup), (Property Management) and (Real Estate Properties) is "site on seen pricing." No cleaning services will be permitted before one of our professional walk thou experts has scheduled and completed a proper walk thou.
•Lawn Service, all grass cuts, and yard maintenance services will be paid accordingly per our contract agreement. A proper walk thou is scheduled and completed before any work begins and is completed.
How we work and get paid: (General Services)
•Simply call to schedule your FREE estimate. Estimates can be scheduled within 24-48 hours.

Our policy and procedure: (Janitorial Services/Rental Clean-up)
•Once our crew is on site, they will explain our policy of services that will best fit your needs or you will receive an estimate first hand or by email within 24 hours before any work begins.
•For smaller jobs, we may be able to begin the day we visit. For larger jobs, if you call by Wednesday, we can put your property on the schedule for the upcoming week (schedule permitting). General clear out and cleanup can be done in a day or two. Painting, repairs, and other services can take a few days more. (Small repairs only).
•Once the job* is complete, we issue you an invoice or you have already received it through email for payment. As an individual, payment is due "immediately upon completion" of the project. We accept payment by pay pal, cash, check, and cashier checks.
•(In working with REO departments of banks, Property Management, and Real Estate Firms, we invoice clients and payment is due per our invoice terms.)
•Note: If you are having jobs completed in phases (i.e., clear out and cleanup initially, then repairs and painting later, we will bill you upon completion of each phase).
Our Pricing is very competitive for today's economy, saving you $$$$...(Trash-Out/Cleanup)
•Our pricing is based on the condition of the property and the number of items that will need to be hauled away, as well as the services you order. As each property is different, it's very difficult to get a good idea of the actual cost of a job before seeing it and speaking with you to find out exactly what you want. In some instances (very few), we can give you an estimate range over the phone. However most quotes are more profitable for the client if we visit the site first.
