Excellent service -- their pre-trip orientation and briefing is complete and exhaustive, making sure they are familiar with all aspects that will be required to look after the animals and the house. They ensured that we had them ok'd at the Vet, that they had all necessary numbers, of anything unique about our animals that they would need to be aware of. They leave concise notes regarding each visit, and are prompt and professional. Their professionalism and friendly nature provided us with peace of mind regarding the care of our animals while we were vacationing several thousand miles away and helped to have a successful, relaxing trip. I will definitely be calling on them the next time we need to have someone look after our two dogs when we go on a trip where they cannot come along!! Thanks Jill and all the Sitters.

We've got two very neurotic dogs - both are a challenge, which The Sitters Team are able to handle with ease. The Sitters Team leaves notes on how the walk went, how well the dogs behaved, and if all dog business was taken care of on the walk. It?s an invaluable service they provide to us ? between work and the commute we?re gone 10+ hours. Knowing the dogs are being taken out for a walk, or if weather/circumstances doesn?t permit it, taken out in the backyard, gives us ease of mind.

Contacted Jill through email around the 5th of December to inquire about their services for pet siting. She was quick to respond and was very professional in explaining the services of her company. She was able to contact the sitter for our area (Sara) to see if she would be able to provide pet sitting right after the Holidays (Dec 26 thru 28). They were able to accommodate and we set an initial meet/greet for December 15. They arrived as scheduled and I was very impressed from the start. They know the pet sitting business inside and out and made me feel very glad I had contacted them. We went over all the details of what services would be provided (1 30 minute visit per day for 3 days, feed and water, clean litter and surrounding areas, check on house and gather garbage can from curbside after pick up). They documented all expectations, set the time for each visit and met the cat. He is very shy but seemed to really like both Jill and Sara! They provide a note of each days visit and with any problems and services that were performed and even send a text message on the 1st day to let me know everything was OK (first time using a pet sitting service). When I returned home found EVERYTHING to be in perfect order and it was obvious that they provided GREAT care for my pet while I was away. Very pleased with the price and the service provided. Never used a pet sitting service before but will most definitely use The Sitters again and again. Great job!

We have finally found our new pet sitters. Moved here a year ago and after less than acceptable experiences with another pet sitter we had to resort to boarding. We have 2 cats and one requires twice daily insulin injections. Even though they received excellent care with their vet they were caged for extended periods of time. Now they stay at home and are much more relaxed. Jill and Shana are so caring and responsible. They are so respectful of our home and animals. The house and litter boxes were clean when we returned. The initial assessment was so detailed that I am confident that if something happens when we are away there is a plan in place to handle any situation. Our pets are so less stressed when we get home we could have just been away for a short time. None of the eratic roaming through the house and constant mewling we dealt with after each boarding. Love the online scheduling as well. Can arrange for our pets same time as planning our trip. Highly recommend this service. Exceeded my extremely high expectations.

It went really well from the first get to know each other meeting to when we came home. Jill was very professional but still very warm and kind with our animals. We got a full written report of each day's activities when we got home. We could not have been more pleased and think our pets were very well cared for.

We have 3 cats. One of them has a complicated medical history and special needs so she requires twice daily medications to be given as well as special attention if she becomes ill. They also need to be fed twice daily. Lynne is my usual sitter and takes excellent care of all three. She always performs the necessities but goes way beyond, making sure they all get played with and are given loving attention. She knows that I worry about them when I am gone so always responds promptly to any emails or texting. She always leaves a detailed diary of each visit which never fails to make me smile because she describes their individual personalties and antics so clearly. I am very picky about how my cats are treated and cared for but feel totally confident leaving them in Lynne and Jill's care. I recommend them to anyone who loves their pets and wants them to have a safe loving experience.

I've used this company for years now and had previously given a stellar review but am now starting to see signs of complacency. Don't get me wrong- the pets are well taken care of and happy as usual upon my return...but during the last few sittings, I've returned to find muddied up shoe prints, dirt and fir needles on my floors. The pets being happy will always be my primary concern, but let's not forget about keeping things tidy while owner is away. I clean my house from top to bottom before I leave on a trip, and expect to return to a tidy home. Being greeted with filthy floors does not make for a good impression upon arrival. I hope more attention is given to this in the future- it wasn't like this before.

Jill came and took care of the animals. She leaves "daily notes" with all the activities performed, even with notes about the animals. When we return she always ask that we call her office so she knows we're back. She thinks of everything!

The Sitters are absolutely amazing. They leave detailed report cards documenting each visit and have been life savers for me many, many times by providing service at the last minute when my job schedule requires it. I trust them completely to take amazing care of my pets and my home. Highly recommend! I don't know what I would do without them!

Jill was very thorough and professional. I had had a gift certificate for a couple of years but always forgot to use it until it was too late to get her familiar with the dogs before I left on a trip. This time I finally set up an appointment. Jill did very well with the dogs. I have a Great Dane and a Chihuahua. The Great Dane gets wound up by the Chihuahua and can be very intimidating because she is so big and jumps up in people's faces and barks at them when she doesn't know them. Once she is comfortable she thinks she is a big lap dog but she can be pretty scary initially. Jill was very comfortable around her and adapted very quickly. As I said before, the morning I left it was too cold to leave the Great Dane outside. I wrote an email to Jill and she immediately changed her visit schedule to accomodate the dog being left inside. When I came home the dogs were relaxed and happy and not nearly as nervous as they are when I pick them up from the Dog Hotel that I have left them at in the past. I would definitely use Jill again.

They are very highly recommended. They were very responsive when we first called them. They came out and did a very thorough interview with us about the cats, the house and what we needed them to do. The price was very reasonable for daily service. We came back two days ago and they have taken great care of everything.

She is always very understanding and always very kind. I had used her prior to that for coming in while I was out on vacation. She came in and took care of the two cats for me. She helped out very professionally.

My husband's staff gave us a trip for his 60th birthday. We had wanted to go on a vacation, but we have two schnauzers (one of whom is very sick) and who we have not left in over a year. We also knew we did not want to kennel them. Our Vet recommended several people who come into your home and watch both your house and your dogs. We also wanted someone who would spend the night with the dogs since one of them needs help going on and out. We called and set up an appointment to meet with Jill (the owner), Hayley and Helen from "The Sitters". They were very professional and very easy to talk to. They spent almost two hours visiting with me and the dogs and going over exactly what needed to be done to take care of our dogs. After several more conversations and emails, we decided to try it out. They stayed 2 nights with the dogs, they came 3 times during the day to fed and walk the dogs and to give Moe his medications. They also picked up our mail and newspapers. They also picked up after the dogs outside. They left daily notes on how the dogs did and whether Moe was having a good or bad day. They even took pictures of the dogs and left them for us. When we got home they seemed very happy and in great shape. They even washed the sheets and made the bed for us! I would not hesitate to use them again and am actually looking forward to being able to go out of town a little more knowing that they were taken care of and given a lot of attention.

Overall, a very good company to work with. Jill is the consummate professional, and quite diligent about delivering a quality service. Detailed notes provide insights into each visit, and the quality time that was spent with my pets. In the past, I've typically requested two home visits a day for my pets, though I have also requested three without any trouble. It's nice to have the feeling that things are being left in competent and caring hands during the times I can't be here. Better still is returning to a home where my pets are obviously happy and content. That truly says a lot. This company performs criminal background checks and drug testing on employees. I also appreciate that employees are trained in animal CPR and first aid.

They are very professional. They make visits to your house as often as you need, when you need them. They fed and walked my dogs twice a day. A written diary was also left for every visit, which is very nice to see how your pets reacted. I will definitely use them again!
