Description of Work: We've had Lilia Medina and her crew cleaning our house for about two years. |They are pretty thorough and reasonably priced. Sometimes they are a little late for housecleaning, but they have customers all over the area.

+ -1 moreLilia called me and left a message to set up a time for my cleaning. I emailed her back with some times and she emailed back so we were all set. She was able to come the next day (3 days before Christmas) at a time convenient for me. She and two helpers showed up on time ready to get to work with all the necessary supplies. She asked me what I wanted to focus on and I told her. She told her two helpers who were apparently primarily Spanish speakers. They got to work right away and worked very hard for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Since there were 3 of them, this added up to 4 hours of work. The parts that they cleaned were done very well although it seemed like they were rushing to get a lot done in the amount of time they had. I'm sure it's hard to find the right line between speed and thoroughness in this kind of situation.
Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's List "Big Deal" for 4 hours of house cleaning.

+ -1 moreI pretty much like everything about them, there's nothing that I dislike. The only complain that I have is when they miss the schedule. I call them and they come the very next day. I would use them in the future.

+ -1 moreI called to see if they could come out to clean my home or at least get an estimate. From the initial contact the phone was answered with a hello, there was no professional greeting as to identify the company. Furthermore, when I asked that I needed to make an appointment for service, the person on the phone stated that Gig Harbor was too far and that it was not in the company's territory even though they list that coverage is 100 miles from Tacoma. I felt as if they were doing me a favor as to consider me as a possible client and not the other way around. I don't think I would consider this cleaning company since the initial contact was less than desirable.
Description of Work: No services performed. Only an inquiry phone call.
