Description of Work: constructed a concrete ramp out front to make house wheelchair accessible. This is already cracking. Retiled the bathroom to make it handicap friendly - gaps between tiles very very uneven and inconsistent. Tiles around the floor drain incredibly poorly cut and fitted. Unfortunately during this project the principles appear to have sufferred several deaths in the family so responsiveness was a huge problem but hopefully this is no longer a problem.

Description of Work: First I would like to say I've used this company 3 times over the past 3 years and will continue to call them when I have work to be done. They are very good. The last time I used them was for a water problem. They not only had to replace the water heater, water leaked into the crawl space and ruined insulation. I had them clean out the crawl space (we build our home 30 years age and have not done anything to the crawl space for 30 years) replace ruined insulation and upgrade the vapor barrier. We have medical issues in our household and they worked wonderfully with our special requirements. Timing was critical and they accomidated that need as well.

 + 3 moreWe had to reschedule a couple of times because of family problems, but once Ken and John were there they did a great job. This is an investment property in south King County that I will be listing for sale in the next few days and they were able complete the job in only an hour or so. I live in north King County, so local sources for this type of job were VERY limited to me. I was very glad to find someone as helpful and time-conscious as they were, with a quality end result. I will definitely hire them again on my next property.
Description of Work: Ken repaired a door jam that had been kicked in, patched a crack in our entry ceiling, painted the patch and John re-caulked the kitchen counters.

We discussed how best to hang shadowbox, he had the equipment/hook in his truck and did the job quickly again. Very genial and effective. Would use again and recommend.
Description of Work: Fix small leak in washing machine connector. Drill hook in wallboard and hang shadowbox, adding frame after.

 + 1 moreKen was great. We called with an emergency - a tenant was moving in just days away and we really needed help. Ken squeezed us in and worked hard for two days to get all the jobs done. He was efficient, knowledgeable about what needed to be done and checked with me when a question came up. He also had some suggestions and creative solutions for this funky little unit. He was very conscientious about cleaning up and left the unit in a condition that enabled us to complete the rest of the work in time for the tenant to move in. I would recommend this company and will definitely use Ken again in the future.
Description of Work: Repair walls and ceiling; cut drywall, mud, edge, etc. Repair shower wall; build cabinet frame, and install kitchen cabinets.
