Description of Work: The technician treated as requested and I have not had subsequent problems. He tried to sell me a contract for regular service, but did not pressure me when I declined. I do not remember when this service occurred and have not had any further contact since the technician came despite the approximate date info above which does not permit one to omit this info.

Description of Work: The team itself was great from the scheduler to the two men that came out to do the treatment. They were all very friendly and easy to work with. I was so excited to have the work done with environmentally friendly products. Our house was much cleaner on the outside just because of the cobweb/spider web and dead bug removal. Unfortunately, the greatness stopped there. The treatment didn't last and the spiders, fruit flies, etc were back in a week or so. I have to own it from there in that I didn't call the company to tell them so they didn't have the opportunity to remedy the situation. The company and employees were great

Description of Work: They sprayed for spiders and other insects. They also found a nest of yellowjackets in ivy growing on the north side of the house and treated it, killing all in the nest. If they hadn't found it, I would have stumbled on it when trimming the ivy and probably would have sustained multiple stings.

Description of Work: They arrived, unscheduled, to treat the perimeter of our home for spiders |in-particular. They dusted my house and left a load of white dust everywhere. Within a week we could see spider webs forming again on windows and eaves and doorways. I phoned and they were very responsive which is why I've graded them and A in responsiveness and a D in overall. The technician dusted again but the product they use simply must not work.
