Description of Work: We have used this service several times without issue. The last 2 times we had a terrible time with scheduling, including our last time not showing up for their scheduled appointment (they did finally show up 5 hours late after multiple phone calls). Office staff not helpful.

Description of Work: I called for an appointment and sales man tried to sell me the whole package. Sales person was explaining about scheduling for several visits to take care of the problem and quoting a year worth of price. Offering a weekend appointment for service. I explained that I was using angie's list promo offer and wanted to try this first. I got a phone call in a few days that they could not offer the weekend and would schedule me on a weekday which I had to take a day off. The service person showed up very early. He was pleasant enough but I was unhappy that they made me feel they were only offering better service if you bought into the whole package.

Description of Work: Complete inspection for rodents and insects. They went up on the roof and plugged up openings where squirrels and rodents would enter. Set traps all around the outside of the house and in our crawl space and attic space. Came back and sprayed for ants and checked traps. We appreciated the fact that the person sent to our home saw that we paid ahead and recognized the price was more than was needed to complete the job so he included follow ups for the next year.

Description of Work: I requested help for carpenter ants. They sent out a technician who clearly knows what will work, is experienced and efficient. He identified the problem, set up clear steps of how we would work to get the beasties out of my house and now the same person I recognize and trust comes out on a quarterly basis to do maintenance treatments. It is pricey but not nearly as expensive as the megabucks I paid to repair the damage done.

Description of Work: We had they come spray for silverfish. Did not do one bit of good. The tech sprayed the baseboards haphazardly, said it wouldn't leave a residue, but it did.
