From the sales rep to customer service to the service man, everyone was very friendly, courteous and professional. They were very accommodating when I had to reschedule my initial service or called with questions. They arrived on time, worked quickly and did a great job!

We have quarterly service to keep ants, spiders, rodents under control.

I answered a knock at my front door and met Jeremy, their Sales Canvasser. He was polite, knowledgeable and very timely as I had a particularly nasty problem with a wasps nest in the wall of my home. He offered me a significant discount on their entire service program - Initial visit and 3 quarterly visits - which I found to be very reasonable considering they GUARANTEED their work. He was able to set me up with an appointment for the following day and that sealed the deal. The next morning, Mitch McKinley, their technician showed up within the 2-hour window for the appointment. He was already informed that I had called their office earlier to confirm his arrival. Both the office person and Mitch were very professional and courteous. They both apologized and explained what their policy was on scheduling. Mitch went over with me the treatment process and all the details of what he was going to do and why. He had already been informed about the problem with wasps and he took care of that issue. I needed to be somewhere in a few hours and Mitch worked quickly and efficiently and completed EVERY part of his work as he related to me. I really enjoyed my experience with this company and would HIGHLY recommend them.
