It was a little misleading because the quote they gave us said installed in 3 days, it means from the time you bought the carpet. It was not the cheapest carpet but it is worth it. We have not had any problem with it. They reached us on time.

I felt their pricing was high. We can go in and rent cement mixers, wheelbarrows or sanders if we want to refinish our hardwood floors. It's heavy duty equipment that some people won't have. We had had really cold weather, so there was some frost on the ground. I asked the gal there if I could rent the rototiller; I don’t know if she was the manager or she just worked there. She said that it had been freezing the past three or four days, and that they don’t rent their rototillers, because they always come back broke as the ground is too frozen. If the rototiller is going to break from the ground being frozen, I don’t want to rent it because it would break in my ground as it is clay. She didn’t want to do anything to try to help me nor did she give me any referrals to another rental company in the area that might want to rent me a rototiller. They are uncooperative. I could understand that not too many people would want to rent a rototiller in September, October or November. With regard to price, it was going to be very expensive to rent the rototiller that was going to break on me. I would take them into another consideration. If I can't find it anywhere, I would go there to look. But they won't be my first choice of a hardware store to go to.

All went bad. Home Depot would not help to solve the problem of my roof leaking in the winter rains. I had to tarp the roof and hope I didn't have to replace my complete roof.

I’m a DIY person and use them a lot. They are always very helpful if I need something in particular or I don't know exactly what I'm doing, and then they will give me the information. Their prices are very very good and I have never had any problems with the quality of anything that I’ve purchase there. I love them. I would continue to use them in the future.

Excellent! Home Depot has great hours, convenient location, and an A+ staff. They have worked with us on deliveries, special orders, calling in orders for our contractors to pick up. We have been there at 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM - they are always helpful and have what we are looking for!

I liked the price and the quality was great. We chose them over the competition mainly because of the price.

For one thing I liked about them was that I could pay it of in 12 months with no interest. They were clear about what they were going and what it was going to cost and how the work was going to be conducted.

THE STAFF AT HOME DEPOT WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE DIFFERENT KINDS OF RUGS AVAILABLE. WE JUST REMOVED ALL THE OLD CARPET AND HAD THE FLOORS REFINISHED. THEY WERE HELPFULL IN SELECTING RUGS THAT WOULD BE GOOD FOR USE WITH HARD WOOD FLOORS.

THE STAFF AT HOME DEPOT WERE VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING US DECIDE WHICH KIND OF DOORS WERE THE RIGHT KIND FOR OUR NEEDS. SINCE WE WOULD BE LIVING IN THE HOUSE FOR A WHILE - THEN TURNING IT INTO A RENTAL - WE WANTED NICE DOORS THAT WOULD NOT BREAK THE BANK.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SALESPERSON WHO HELPED ME. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT, AND EVEN, VERY HELPFUL WHEN I ASKED HIM QUESTIONS ABOUT PRODUCTS IN OTHER DEPARTMENTS. IF HE DIDN'T KNOW THE ANSWER, HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO FIND OUT. I WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK, IF I COULD GUARANTEE IT WOULD BE THAT SALESPERSON, I'D BE WORKING WITH.

WE WALKED RIGHT INTO HOME DEPOT A SALESMAN DIRECTED US TO THE SECTION THERE WERE SO MANY DIFFERENT FOUNTAINS IT WAS UNBELIEVABLE. THERE WERE SO MANY SELECTIONS AND THE PRICES WERE GREAT.

HOME DEPOT HAS VERY NICE PEOPLE, BUT INSTALLATION DATE WAS LATER THAN ORIGINALLY INDICATED. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. THE PURCHASE WAS WELL THOUGHT OUT AND VERY WELL WORTH IT.

THE INSTORE SELECTION OF CARPETING WAS EXCELLENT. THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY ADEPT AND FIGURING THE AMOUNT OF CARPETING NEEDED AND SCHEDULING THE ARRIVAL OF THE CARPETING AND INSTALLERS.

WE HAD OUR SLIDING GLASS DOOR REPLACED WITH A DUTCH DOOR THAT WAS ON CLEARANCE. WE HAD IT DELIVERED AND INSTALLED. THE INSTALLERS WERE ABLE TO WORK WITH OUR SCHEDULE.

IT'S NOT A FUN DAY WHEN YOUR WATER HEATER GOES OUT. THESE PEOPLE CAME IN THE NEXT DAY AND REPLACED IT. WE HAD HOT WATER WITHIN 2 HOURS. IT WAS NICE TO SHOWER AGAIN.

THE CLERK WAS VERY PATIENT AND HELPFUL IN TRYING TO HELP US MAKE OUR DECISIONS. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY EFFICIENT WITH THEIR WORK AND WERE ABLE TO WORK WITH OUR SCHEDULE.

EVERYONE AT HOME DEPOT WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY HAD MANY STYLES TO CHOOSE FROM. THE INSTALLERS WERE PROMPT AND FINISHED IN A TIMELY MANNER.

THE SUBCONTRACTOR WAS VERY NICE. DURING THIS JOB, THE MANAGER WORKED WITH THE CREW AND WAS ABLE TO MAKE SURE THAT THE COUNTER WAS INSTALLED PROPERLY DUE TO THE SIZE OF THE COUNTER.
