Description of Work: I was going to replace the carpeting in my condo and paid them to have it measured to find out how much carpeting will be needed which will be credited to the total amount of the material and installation. I got the measurement done but did not hear from the sales rep I spoke to. I eventually went to the store and spoke to her about the carpeting but she said she would have to locate my file and give me a call back. I never heard back from her, so I decided to go elsewhere since it seems like she does not want my business.

 + -1 moreTHE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL. I HAD PAINTED THE ENTIRE HOUSE PRIOR TO THE FLOORING INSTALLATION. THE INSTALLERS SCRAPED UP THE WALLS IN THE BEDROOMS UP TO ONE FOOT ABOVE THE FLOOR LEVEL. THE HARDWOOD INSTALLATION WAS NOT COMPLETED AND THEY HAD NOT INSTALLED THE TRIM AS AGREED IN THE CONTRACT. IT TOOK ONE MONTH TO RECONCILE THE DIFFERENCES, BUT EVENTUALLY IT WAS ALL FINISHED.
Description of Work: DELIVERY, INSTALLATION OF CARPET, CARPET PAD, VINYL AND LAMINATE IN HOME. ALSO, DISPOSAL OF USED FLOORING.

 + -1 moreEXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. SALESPERSON WAS PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL AND DID NOT 'PUSH' OUR SALE. VERY PATIENT WITH US. INSTALLERS WERE ALSO PROFESSIONAL AND CAREFUL ABOUT THEIR WORK. ACCORDING TO OUR CONTRACT THE COMPANY WILL STAND BEHIND THE QUALITY OF THE WORK BUT WE HAVE NO NEED TO TEST THIS YET.
Description of Work: REPLACED CARPET IN TWO ROOMS. COMPANY INSTALLED PAD AND CARPETING. WE REMOVED OUR CARPET TO REDUCE COST.
