Description of Work: They have done a number of things for us. They replaced a back window and they have done chip repairs. The intake lady was very personable. She recognized there was going to be issues with the insurance dealings but she was very helpful.

Description of Work: Replaced driver side front door glass. It was smashed by a thief who only managed to steal our garage door opener....but did not get our address, thank goodness. Safelite replaced it very quickly, and I was able to get in to have it replaced very quickly.

Description of Work: Replaced windshield on car, paid for by Allstate and replaced windshield wiper blades paid by us. work was done in less time than estimated and we were look after and kept up to speed on progress by a very nice and professional service manager. We would use any time.

Description of Work: Replaced a cracked windshield. They got us scheduled for an appt quickly within 24 hours of when I called. Once we arrived they were friendly and professional. The job was done quickly and they even cleaned the windows and vacuumed the front seats plus they gave us a complimentary can of glass cleaner. The tech walked us to the car and had us inspect the work before we left.

Description of Work: The technician came to the house, took one look at the truck and said if he finds corrosion I would have to pay for a tow to their shop. We had to reschedule the windshield replacement to their shop. There were no issues but he made me feel like he didn't want to do the job!
