Installer had an issue with the hand rails they were installing for me. He had to repurchase and reinstall the railing. Which did turn out fine. Just a little frustrating

We had some scheduling glitches but that might have been related to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Not holding the company at fault.

Sometimes perfection takes time! Tyson did a wonderful job! I am extremely impressed. What started out as a simple install of a cat door turned into something more due to a construction company not installing prior dog and cat doors properly, there was water damage. I will be calling on them again...

Josh did great job to fix my window sill, he is on time, efficient and the fix is great and seamless. I would definitely recommend him and his company to my family and friends.

partly my fault, but when a 220 V electric heater was removed (Small part of job), the electrician did not turn breaker back on and test their was a complete circuit. We have a cold bathroom whose heated floor was on that circuit. Big electrical work was fabulous. I would recommend them, just remember to test all things before they leave:)

One Call Home Repair did not inform me that just coming out is a minimum $189 charge. The office should have done that. They should be the ones to explain their prices. I was told that a woman in the office--Susan--does not know much. I paid $189 to have 2 book shelves assembled. I went ahead and got it done because I needed it done. I think that they should have a menu of prices for different projects. I can not spend that money again for the job. Otherwise, the repair person is social, pleasant to be around and very skilled.

One Call Home Repair installed my marble & wood fireplace mantel. This project was hard to find a contractor affordable & capable when using the word marble. One Call didn t just secure/install the mantel. Built a box filler for the gap from the mantel to the wall finishing a completed look that I did not take into account upon request. This called for talent & expertise to customize this installation. Thank you again for not only the quality custom work, but for an honest charge for the job. Tyson did a good job and I would have him come back if i needed any more handyman work done. It was expensive for me being a senior but it's hard to find someone that would do small job.

Every time a new project arose, it was a no brainer that I wanted Tyson to come over and provide his expertise. To give you a good idea of what Tyson is capable of: removing a soffit, patching soffit, patching drywall, matching wall textures, installing hood vent, installing garbage disposal, fabricating and painting two new doors. Tyson was great

Service person solved one problem with a slider patio door, but did not seem familiar with front door latch. He adjusted front door latch, but said he would not guarantee how long the fix would last. One day later same problem cropped up again. Service person suggested a new door latch, but latch is only 3 years old.
