I received a call from the company informing me that the carpet had arrived and installation need to be scheduled. At the time of scheduling I was informed that all items need to be removed from dressers, clothing need to be removed from the closet, and electronic equipment needed to be removed. When the installers arrived they did a walk through the house and immediately began to complain that they would have to move furniture which I had paid a furniture moving fee to do. A few moments later I received a phone call from the company stating that they were in fact not moving the furniture. He stated that electronic equipment (a monitor on a desk that was in the process of being removed when I answered the door) was also not done as had been explained. I told her that the removal of the monitor and two lamps at my bedside would take less than five minutes. The next thing I know the installers drove away. I went to Home Depot and got a full refund an apology. I had the distinct feeling that this is not the first time Home Depot as had an issue with this installation company.
