Description of Work: Integrity Finishing prepared and painted the exterior of our daylight-basement house, including cedar siding, soffits, eaves, trim and garage doors. |I'm a very picky "do-it-yourselfer". (My wife sometimes calls me a perfectionist.) My wife & I had repainted the entire house 14 years ago and it was still in pretty good condition. I thought about doing the work myself again, but wasn't up to the effort required this time. I wanted a company that would be as detail-oriented and picky as I would be. David, the owner of Integrity Finishing came to our house in early September to estimate the cost of painting the house. His was the middle bid of three estimates I got. It was also by far the most detailed and comprehensive, so we selected them. |There was intermittent rain in late September when they were scheduled to begin the cleaning process, so we had to wait for 3 or 4 days before a break in the weather allowed the crew to start on Wednesday, Oct 1. Joshua, the foreman, and a crew of 3 arrived early in the morning, first masking & covering anything that was not to be painted and then applying Jo-Max to kill mold & mildew and light pressure washing all the surfaces to be painted. While the washing was happening, 2 of the painters followed up by spackling & caulking where needed. |The next morning the crew was back to scrape areas with loose paint and finish caulking & spackling. While doing that, they found a piece of siding that needed to be replaced, so I agreed to take care of removing & replacing it by the next day. Joshua walked around the entire house with me to carefully inspect for any remaining areas that needed to be taken care of before painting began. We (mostly Joshua) found some pickup items. He told me to take another look at the whole job & let him know the next day if I find anything else. |Next day, a small crew was back to take care of pickups & prime any bare wood. I had found a few items that needed to be fixed & they were all done by mid-day. |The following Monday, 5 painters arrived to paint the finish colors of the house. One painter sprayed 2 wet coats on the body while the rest of the crew took care of back-rolling where needed and brushing on the first coat of trim paint. They got about ¾ of the way around the house by the end of the day. |Next day, a smaller crew arrived, intent on finishing the job, but it was foggy, so they finished spraying, but couldn't do any trim painting. The rest of the week was very foggy in the mornings, making it impossible to start painting until mid-afternoon, so only a couple hours available each day to actually paint. On Friday, Joshua finished the last details and we did the final inspection. |In spite of the weather delays, Integrity Finishing did an outstanding job painting our house & we're thoroughly happy with the result... and we got their Angie's List discount! I highly recommend them. |

Description of Work: Hired Integrity Finishing painting to paint the outside of my house. Met with David Gustafson, who gave me a bid and explained things in detail. He pointed out things I wasn't even aware of and explained how they would make repairs including fortifying cedar shakes on the south side of the house. David is a good communicator, returned calls promptly and did what he said he would do. I met with Carlos toward the end of the project and he was very professional and showed me where they were in the process. The overall experience was terrific. All of the staff were professional. When the job was done there were a couple of minor areas that had been missed and David came out to complete the project. I would highly recommend Integrity Finishing. The whole process was great and the price was very reasonable.

Description of Work: I asked a contractor friend for a reference on a good indoor/outdoor painter. He recommended Integrity Finishing/ David Gustafson. David came to our home and looked around to get an idea of the work we wanted done. He sent an estimate via email to us with options for things we still weren't sure about. We made our decision, and contacted back Cathy in their office. She arranged for the painters to come on the week of Sept. 19, 2011. The Painters were two women and one man. They were awesome!! I really enjoyed the two ladies in my home, as they were here most of the week. The gentleman who sprayed our front door, did an excellent job, and finished in less than one day. I was amazed at how perfect and detailed it was. We had some cracks in our sheetrock above our master bathroom shower. They were patched and then coated with three coats of paint. That area looks like new now. I'm really pleased with all their work, and the great customer service they provided.

Description of Work: Painted exterior of my home, including all trim. Treated cedar shingles for mold. Pressure washed moss off roof and cleaned gutters.

Description of Work: Integrity Finishing Shoed up ontime and stayed within the bid. They pre treated our home for mold and mildew and then pressure washed the home. Next they came and primed and painted the exterior body and trim. They repainted the front door and stained the front deck. Everything went perfect!

Description of Work: Cleaning of all exterior surfaces and roof. Stripping and sanding of old paint and trim. Application of roof sealant and re-staining of house.
