As a semi custom home builder, we have nothing but praise for the team at Integrity Finishing. The communication and planning phase is quick and easy. Bids are detailed and turned around quickly. The painting crews are all long term members of the Integrity team and have extensive experience. Everyone I have met is customer friendly and professional. They are very good at meeting our schedule and completing work in a workmanlike manner. Their prices are competitive but if you want a really high end finish that needs multiple coatings they are highly capable of that too. Highly recommend.

Great job. Came out and gave an estimate. We had to work with the weather (lots of rain) but the job was completed in October. David is great at returning calls and answering all questions. Ellen was wonderful too at keeping me updated on scheduling. Overall the communication was very good and I really appreciate that. The crew (painters) were professional, very helpful and Jose (not sure of spelling) was terrific. We went over the house and double checked that everything was complete.
Integrity Finishing did a good job for the price and I would hire them again.

We enjoyed working with David.   At first we were a little skeptical because he does not do paper contracts but just sent a detailed bid via e-mail.  However, they fulfilled everything that was stated on the e-mail.  I appreciated that David was very patient with answering our questions and addressing our worries; we had just gotten very badly burned by a contracter, even though we had checked them out on Angie's list, so we were pretty jumpy and needed some hand-holding.  They did a good job at making the paint application look smooth, which was some work on their part because our paint had been peeling so badly. 
The only negative I would mention is that some trash bags were left at our house after the painting was done.  However, when we notified their office it was taken care of right away. 

Our home is only 7 years old but the original job was done with low quality paint so it desperately needed to be repainted.   Integrity was one of 5 companies that we sought a bid from.  Of those, three were willing to come out and bid, one of those said they were just too busy to do it this year and two gave written quotes.  They were both similar in price and both went into detail about what they would be doing for the price.  David came out shortly after we contacted him and spent a great deal of time going over the home with us, explaining what the process entailed as well as the types of paint that they use, but left the final choice of brand up to us.  He also made it clear that at this late time of the year, it would be touch and go as to when we could get on the schedule. 

We decided to go with Integrity and hoped that we could be squeezed in before the rainy season started. I can't stress enough that hiring a painter is a long process (for us it was almost 2 months) and every painter that we talked to said the same thing, with weather constraints, you have to be very flexible and that is just the nature of the business.  Luckily for us, we wanted our house painted the same color as before so that eliminated a big step in the process.  We had a little confusion in communication about when they would start work, but once that was cleared up, the first crew came out and had the house pressure washed, treated and caulked and prepped in a few days.  The second crew came out within a day or so after that to mask and start painting.  Although the body work looked great, after the first day of painting we had a misunderstanding about how the trim would be finished.  David rushed out to our home first thing the next morning to clarify the process so we were all on the same page and then the crew came out shortly afterward and worked late into the day to get the job done.  They did a beautiful job and the house looks so much better.  All of the crew members were polite and worked very hard and even loaned me some supplies so I could paint my barn while they painted the house.  They cleaned up everything and then went over the entire house with us when they were done to catch any missed spots and make sure we were satisfied. 

David obviously cares very much about his business and goes out of his way to make sure his customers are pleased with the results.  I appreciated his addressing of the concerns that we had and that he made sure that the job wasn't complete until we were happy with the work that was done.  Both the prep and painting teams were very skilled, hard working, friendly and respectful of our property as well.  I would definitely recommend Integrity and would hire them again.

Pros:
Once the work was done, the house looked great. Our cedar siding was falling apart and I'm happy the work has been completed on the siding and decks.  
David is very informative and a really nice guy. In fact, the whole team is nice. It's just the communication and scheduling that needs improvement.
Cons: 
It took three months to get on their schedule, even though I was told it was a slow time (I wonder how long it would take if it was a busy time for the company?). And I'm still waiting for some work to be finished on our doors. I reached out in June, most of the work was done in September, now it's late-October.  
Some plants were damaged; I have a couple of grasses in the front that were trampled... But there might not have been a way around it. This is really only a minor con because I have a lot of plants to work around and most were not hurt.
Summary:
I would recommend this company if you want someone who is nice to deal with and professional. David seems to really care about the quality of his team's work. However, do note that it takes a while and a lot of follow-up to get on their schedule.

They were very responsive to my calls. The owner was very hands on and showed up at the job site quite often. The workers were consistent and clean which I liked. There were 4 crew members and it took about 2 weeks to complete the job.

I can't say enough great things about this company.  David was so helpful with color recommendations, and very patient as I struggled with color decisions. He returned phone calls quickly, and I always felt I knew where I was at with the process.  His staff, from office to painters were all friendly, professional, great listeners and responsive to my requests. There was some difficulty with color match for the front door and David was quick to solve the problem.  I love my new red door--beautiful finish and perfect color!  I highly recommend this company!

I cannot say enough good things about Integrity.  They were professional, punctual and the quality of their work was impeccable.  They put up with me changing my mind on various colors throughout the process without blinking an eye.  The lead painter, Julie, was one of the best contractors I've worked with.  She showed up when she said she would, she asked questions to make sure she understood my desires, she let me know about any price changes (due to my own changes in scope).  And the project came in on budget.  I would hire them again and again.

Could not have been a Bette experience.

There were two work teams. The first was the prep team and they spent the day doing an amazing amount of work filling holes and cracks and so many different chores beforehand. A week later the paint team arrived on schedule and didn't leave until everything was complete. Their work took about two days. Many odd pieces of work arose, which is normal for a job as big as painting a whole house, and they handled everything very professionally. We are very happy with our new paint job and would unreservedly recommend Integrity Finishing.

David came and did a thorough review of the condition of our house and of our needs.He answered all of our questions and concerns.  He met with his crew on site several times during the job.    His prep team first pressure washed, killed mold and mildew, scraped and filled.  Then the painting crew reviewed and fine-detailed the prep work. They applied 2 coats of paint to walls and trim.  David was very helpful and patient with me in selecting colors and finishes of paint and stains. His painting crew - lead by Carlos V. - were courteous, knowledgeable and VERY particular about all details.Carlos is a skilled painter and has wonderful customer service skills. Our house is 2 stories on 3 sides and 3 stories on one side. It has a big drop-off area, and a lot of work needed to be done from very high ladders. There is also a low area (4-4.5 ft high)  requiring painting underneath the deck.
 
Anything that we noticed (a small paint splat, a loose facia board, etc.) was promptly and thoroughly completed.  The house looks wonderful.  This was the lowest bid (of 3) we received and carries the best guarantee.

We are very happy with the work performed on our house.  The painters were of the highest quality and professionalism.  We would certainly use Integrity Finishing again in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

Great process overall.

They did an excellent job!  They were on time, professional and courteous.  I would definitely use them again for my projects.

David was very responsive and did everything possible to make sure we were pleased with our choices and results.  He volunteered to apply paint and stain samples and never made us feel like we were asking too much--in fact, he said he knew how important these things were.
All the work was done very efficiently, and they were very in tune to any changes in the weather and worked around this.  All the workers seemed very competent and diligent--and cheerful on top of it all.
They were very willing to do a couple of small extra things as we went along--and it was all done for the same price.
I was very pleased that David was skilled at using digital technology in his work--from photographing paint samples, emailing a photo of the house with suggestions for trim; and even sending me a photo of the stain color and brand used on the decks.  They also left us some of the left-over paint for touch-ups.
This was all done for what I feel is a very reasonable cost.

Integrity Finishing really lives up to their name!  They  take pride in their work and make sure they do things right.   They made us aware of problems with our drywall and delayed painting until the issues were resolved.  They pointed out that our walls weren't flat or smooth enough, there were dings, scratches etc.  They recommended we ask our drywaller to come back and  fix his work.   He ended up coming back twice before Integrity thought the walls were at a point where the paint  job would look good.  Our contractor agreed with Integrity's assessment.  It would have been easy for Integrity to go ahead and paint the less than ideal surfaces, but they wanted to get things right and for us to be happy with the results. 

The paint job looks great!   I'm thankful they informed us of our drywall issues.  I  found everyone I dealt with at Integrity to be very responsive and reliable.  I would highly recommend them!

As an active remodel contractor, I've been using Integrity Finishing for all of my projects for years, now. They have always been very professional and responsive, which I appreciate almost as much as I appreciate the quality of their work. I have used them for both interior and exterior finishing, as well as stain and clear coating millwork. Their work always makes my carpentry shine! The very few times that a minor problem has occurred with their work, such as a small crack or bubble, they took care of it immediately and fully resolved the issue. You really can't ask for more than that! Their pricing is competitive for the niche they occupy, too: in other words, you can always find a cheaper painter, but you usually get what you pay for!

After a very negative experience with another painting company, I asked a trustworthy contractor I had used for another aspect of my remodel for a recommendation.  He recommended Integrity Finishing.  From the very beginning they were a pleasure to work with.  They came in and picked up seamlessly where the other painting contractor had left off and regained my confidence that I could find someone I could depend on to paint my home and do an excellent job.  Once they finished painting the interior of my home they then painted the exterior.  Honestly I was impressed with the entire company and the quality of their work from start to finish.  They were professional and I especially appreciated the way that they ran their business.  In fact the way the crews were coordinated and worked together was amazing.  There was a definite chain of command so at all times I knew exactly who to go to with any questions or concerns and no request I had was too small or too big for them even if it meant redoing something because I had changed my mind.  They graciously accommodated each of my requests with patience and respect along with an obvious commitment to do quality work and I knew that what was of utmost importance to them was my complete satisfaction.  Each crew member was experienced and did quality work.  They also worked quietly, kept a clean work site and were conscientious to protect all surrounding areas.  It truly was a pleasure to work with Integrity Finishing and they will have my business from now on for whatever painting I need done!

Overall, it went great!

Overall, they were prompt, respectful and detail oriented with everything they did.  David, the owner returned all phone calls within a couple of hours.  Even when I sent an email, he would respond by calling to  ensure that he understood our needs.  They provided a very detailed estimate of all the work to be done.  Their bid was slightly higher than others, but well worth the money to not have to micro-manage everything.  They showed up on time every day and cleaned up after they were done. They were also honest.  I asked to get a quote to paint our current home (they painted our rental), and they said we only needed some window trim done and we could wait on the full house paint job for another 3-4 years.  I will use them again in a couple of years and would recommend to neighbors and friends.  Integrity Finishing was recommended to me by a neighbor who has been working with them for over 15 years.

I was very impressed!  David was professional, on-time and great at keeping me aware of their schedule.  I really appreciated his ideas on how we could paint our house.  We were thinking of going with all one color and he suggested adding a second color to the siding with the trim being the third color.  He didn't charge us extra for the additional colors.  I think he has a good eye for what works and I appreciated his input.  It turned out looking great, much better than if we'd painted the house one color.  He also e-mailed me some pictures of homes they'd painted in a similar fashion and with colors he thought would work well on ours.  I found the colors we wanted in one of the pictures he sent and he found the exact colors for us even though it involved him having to go out to the pictured house in order to identify them.  The other companies we received estimates from didn't offer ideas on what we could do and their estimates were a little more so that's why we chose Integrity.  They lived up to their name.   I'm so glad we went with them!

We are so glad we picked Integrity Finishing! The process went extremely well! David Gustafson is the owner and was always our contact person. The entire process was handled professionally and they exceeded our expectations (and we are very particular). Their work is meticulous and we could not believe all the prep work they did (e.g., caulking, filling nail holes). They provided paint samples based on our selections, ensured that we were comfortable with the paint, carefully covered and protected all surrounding areas, and were thorough in painting all areas. We have extensive trim, pillars, and covered porches, so the trim painting process took a long time and the outcome was excellent. David, his lead painter, and his crew were professional, friendly, and experienced.

One year later, there were several pillars that were peeling at the base because we should have used an oil-based paint in these areas (our mistake) and the paint on the ceiling of one covered porch didn't look just right. David came out, agreed it needed to be redone, and explained that the paint had captured some moisture when it was done. No questions asked, he had his crew back over to redo the ceiling (which was not their fault) and even bought the oil-based paint to redo a few pillars at the base... all at no cost to us.  Integrity Finishing's customer service is outstanding! This is a classic "you get what you pay for."  You may or may not get a bid that's less than Integrity Finishing's bid, but know what you're paying for. I've spoken to many friends who went with the lowest bidder and their experience is nothing like ours.

We will use Integrity Finishing again and in the future plan to use them to paint the inside of our house. We have never used a painting company as good as this one.
