Description of Work: We bought flooring to install ourselves. It took 3 months for the flooring to arrive and then we found out that we got flooring from 2 different lots and the colors did not match. We were 80% done laying the floor. We brought the non-conforming flooring back to them. Took another 3 months as they claimed they needed to talk to the sales rep only to be told the sales rep said the wood was within "acceptable variation" and our only choice was to buy more flooring and hope it matched. I decided to go elsewhere and we went to pick up the non-conforming flooring only to find out they had "cleaned the warehouse" and accidentally threw it away!! They ended up paying to replace that flooring and fortunately this batch matched. I would not use them again.

Description of Work: I had 2 bathrooms remodeled. Reliable Flooring installed new porcelin tile floors with baseboards, tile around tub and in the other bathroom tile around the shower and the floor of the shower in a pebble rock tile. They also installed a cesarstone countertop in each bathroom with undermount sinks. There were just 2 issues, 1 was the hole for the shower value was cut too big. I believe this was the contractors fault, not Reliable and it was fixed. Second the wrong color grount went on the floor in 1 bathroom, that was removed and regrouted (fortunately the tiles didn't have to come up). Joe from Reliable referred me to a contractor who was super great! Overall I feel they did a great job and would recommend them.

+ 1 moreThey did tile at our entry way, bathroom and laundry room. They did hardwood in one room and are doing another two rooms, which is the kitchen and dining room with the same wood as before. They are just really good. Michelle is the person that comes out and does the measurements and helps you in picking your stuff. We have dealt with her both times. They are timely and work around your schedule and we really like them. We spent around $20,000 on that work. They are usually good about helping you find coupons.
Description of Work: We have used Reliable Floor Coverings Inc. a couple of times and the first time they installed tile and hardwood and now they are installing hardwood in our kitchen and dining room.

+ 1 moreWe visited the Reliable showroom in Edmond's and picked out some samples to take home. When we couldn't settle on color for the carpet, we brought in a sample of what we'd like, and they were able to match it almost identically. The selections for bathroom floor vinyl and countertop/backspalsh came out to be perfect. We then accepted Reliable's bid and work was scheduled for a couple weeks later. Bathroom first, followed by plumber the next day to install a new toilet, followed by the carpet installation the next day. Workers were pleasant and professional. The end result looked better than expected, leaving us the only regret, being we waited so long to have it done.
Description of Work: Reliable installed new pad and carpet in our family room and stairs. They also replaced the vinyl and counter top in the adjacent bathroom.

Description of Work: We had hired this company for a hardwood flooring job last year and were ultimately happy despite several hiccups in the process. Because the cost was reasonable for that job, we decided to approach them again for a quote to do a master and kids' bathroom. We contacted the salesman at least 3 times and each time were told he had been too busy to complete the bid (in the time he had promised) or simply had forgotten. The last time we called (today) the bid was still not ready after nearly a month of waiting. We have decided to cut our loses and choose another business. Overall, I have been most disappointed in the professionalism of the sales staff in particular.

+ -1 moreIt went kinda bumpy because the first pack of wood was the wrong wood, the second pack was mailed incorrectly. In the end I loved the floors and we will use them again. They were really pretty easy to work with.

+ -1 moreI called this company to obtain a quote for a small job, probably about $1,000 to $2,000. The sales person, Michelle, agreed to meet me a few days later. She was late as she got lost; can happen to anyone. Good to deal with and had a number of suggestions. She said she would get back to me in a couple of days. Heard nothing. Finally, about 10 days later I called again. Michelle answered the phone at the company. She remembered me but admitted that she had forgotten about my quote. She said she would do it first thing the next day. That was about 2 weeks ago.

+ 0 moreTheir price was a lot lower than other places, which is ok for now. The quality of their tiles and carpet is not all that great but I guess you get what you pay for. I do however wish that they would have been able to finish the job on time. There is one thing that did impress me as in the middle of the installation, the carpet happen to go on special. When I brought it to their attention, they gladly gave me back $250 on the cost of the materials. Their customer service was very kind to do that for me.
Description of Work: I wanted new carpet and tile installed in a couple of rooms. My family room is about 16x32 square feet and I had carpet installed in there. The roll of carpet was not big enough for the room, so an additional piece had to be attached. There was a problem with the carpet as the seam showed and the color did not match. They later returned to fix this problem. Also, I had painted stone-like ceramic tile laid out in my laundry room, which is about 6x30 square feet. After the installation, I found a few defective tiles, they had terrible paint splotches. They had to come back and replace the tiles, which I can still tell where they had to redo the grout in those areas. The total job with repairs took them about 1 and 1/2 months to complete. The cost was $4000, which covered both materials and labor.

+ -1 moreVERY disorganized. We call them "unreliable floors" and I have heard the same description from other previous customers. They are very nice and eventually performed the work but did not do so in the time frame that was specifically discussed. We discussed the time frame at length as it necessitated closing our business and the workmen who came did not perform the work ordered, worked 4-5 hour days and generally made some serious mistakes. "Unreliable" eventually fixed the mistakes but the whole experience caused a great deal of lost revenue for my business.

Unfortunately, he never followed through with providing a bid for the work and so we did not pursue having the tile installed through this company.
