Description of Work: We just had a renovation and needed to get our air ducts thoroughly cleaned. Innovac came highly recommended. They were easy to schedule and extremely thorough and informative in their work. The service person who came out was friendly and professional. Extremely satisfied with the work. Their prices seemed high, but well worth it.

Description of Work: They cleaned out our dryer vent using compressed air. Most of the work was performed from outside with a quick check inside on the dryer end of the vent. |He was courteous, quick and professional. |After we paid he did explain some additional services they could provide in the future (2-3 minutes), but it was not a pressure sales tactic and he did not imply we had a problem that needed to be fixed (no scamming). |Overall it was quick and simple - just what I expected.

Description of Work: I called in the morning and was given a price over the phone. Once I accepted they managed have an operator, Michael, come out the same afternoon. They called later with exact time to expect Michael. He was very pleasant and cleaned the dryer vent efficiently. He also gave a written estimate for cleaning all heater vents that would be valid for 2 or 3 years when needed in futur

+ -1 moreI needed a duct cleaning ASAP as I neglected to plan ahead. My husband and I have allergies and didn't want to turn the heat on until we had a cleaning. This company was the one who could come out the soonest. The cleaning seemed well done and we've had no problems with it. In the future I will plan ahead as this company charged about double some of the other quotes I got and though the cleaning was well done it didn't take very long and the cost seemed excessive. I thought it might be more thorough than the others but from what I can tell, they did the same cleaning as the other companies described.

He gave excellent advise on how to have cleaner, fresher air in the future as well as lower our overall heating bill. We will definitely call him again when it is time for our next duct cleaning.

When I called back no one seemed to know what I was talking about. They said they would call back and didn't. Finally called them and said would be here on original date between 11:00 and 1:00. Then called at 12:30 to say they would be late. Showed up at 1:30.
Description of Work: Cleaned 20 air ducts and 4 returns. Did not clean furnace as it was new.
