Description of Work: They did a good job cleaning, but called when they got there (about 2 hours later than I expected - wasn't a big deal because I was gone all day, but I could see it being a problem for some people) to say they don't do any laundry, including washing sheets/towels. Laundry is a big part of why I use a cleaning service (mostly for changing the bed), which is the only reason I won't use this company again. Otherwise they were good.

Description of Work: Earlier this month the owner of Four Seasons came to our home, discussed our needs, and gave us estimates -- all in a very professional and friendly manner. Four Seasons completed a deep cleaning earlier this month: $180 for 2 people for 3 hours. They did a super job, including cleaning some places we had never touched in the 5 years we have lived in this house. We have set up a once a week maintenance cleaning with Four Seasons for $108 per week. Four Seasons came out on 25 Jan (Marie, Ellie, and Claudia) and did a fabulous job. Based on our early experience, we high recommend this company.

Description of Work: They come once a month to clean our 1,000 square foot home for $135.00. They do a great job and get into the nooks and crannies - something our previous house cleaners did not do. We couldn't be happier with Four Seasons.

We apologize for the miscommunication about our flat rate fees and hourly rate fees. After your 3 hours coupon, we agreed to come once a month to clean your home for $ 185. However, the coupon was our discounted rate therefore we gave you a flat rate for regular service. Upon, discussing the amount of time the cleaners spent, learning that you were concerned about the length of time the cleaners spent at your home, we agreed that you would paid for the hourly rate of $ 45 per hour per cleaners (a team of two cleaners spent 1 hour and 45 mins). We fixed your invoice to reflect the $45 credit, in addition we gave you an extra $40 inconvenience discount, your final bill was $ 100. We guarantee the quality of our service; if the quality was addressed we would go back the same day or next day and re-clean to your satisfaction.
