Description of Work: General House cleaning ...6 hour deep cleaning package from Angie's List. Aside from one minor issue (a cold air grating needed to be cleaned) everything was fine. They did an outstanding job on cleaning up the ceramic tile in the shower (mildew removal). I am completely satisfied and am scheduling regular service.

Description of Work: We usually have two ladies show up to clean our house. For the most part great service. My only complaint would be the times they are late (which is not often), otherwise great service.

Description of Work: The initial contact and quote process went well. The service team assigned did a good job at the cleaning. There were scheduling issues, however, multiple times. I found that the office staff did not do a good job at listening and responding appropriately. I ended the service after they sent a new team for a unscheduled cleaning and the lead in that team indicated that she understood what I was saying about how to turn the alarm system on. I wrote the instructions down for her anyway but she did not, as it turned out, understand my verbal or written instructions and ended up setting the system off. From the conversation with the office that ensued, she sent them a photo of my written instructions for help in working it out but because she had actually already armed the system appropriately, she ended up setting the alarm off. As I explained to the office staff, I am less bothered by the lack of English knowledge than I am about being lied to about it. That incident and the multiple scheduling errors was enough for me.

Description of Work: They did a great job, high attention to detail. Little things were done well, like how they made the bed. Everything was done with care and our house was left smelling clean and fresh. I will be using this company going forward on a routine basis.

Description of Work: Two women came to my house right on time and began to clean immediately. They cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms and living areas. I was pleased with their method and how clean my home was when they left. I had used Four Seasons in the past and was familiar with their good reputation.

Description of Work: I've been trying different maid services and I was most pleased with Four Seasons. They worked very hard and got everything done and sparkling clean. They didn't speak much English, but worked very hard and cleaned very well. I would recommend them.
