First-class service; time promised was met, work was performed within the time estimate, the crew worked hard and steadily, and the interactions with the owner were delightful. Rate ($30/person/hour) was at or below other estimates. No reservations; would unquestionably use them again.

My husband and I were very very pleased with the work Four Seasons did. I have not met the woman who cleans, but my husband says she is very nice and does the little extras that make your day. I was very hesitant to interview cleaning companies, because we have a small farm with indoor/outdoor pets, and I am a terrible house cleaner. Janice made me feel at ease and paid special attention to where the pets spent their time. Our cat is an excellent mouser, and frequently brings us gifts thru the dog-door. Recently they found two of George the cat's treasures under a rug. They were kind enough to remove them and let us know where they found them. I think that is going a little bit beyond. They have made my life so much easier, and I don't feel so embarassed about having non-farm people over.

The service was prompt, professional and very thorough. Most importantly, the cleaners did excellent work. In addition to the usual expected things, they also cleaned and straightened things I didn't expect. They washed the insides of the kitchen trash cans, straightened my cleaning supply cabinet, emptied my shredder, straightened the shoes piled up in closets, vacuumed the dog's bed and even cleaned under a furnace grate in the living room. In addition, when setting up the visit, a service rep came to my home to look it over and give me an estimate, which I think is more accurate than taking my info online or by phone.

Janis and her crew came on time and stayed late to get the work done. They were quiet, efficient and did a very good job. We have asked them to come back every other week.

I called to first have them come out and give me an estimate. So kind and diligent and on time, I cancelled all my other interviews. And hired their service on the spot. So glad I did, what a terrific job. Will use them every other week.

Janice is very professional. Very easy to set up appointment and responsive. Excellent overall job. Two people were here for over 2 1/2 hours and did a superb job that I'm very happy with. I plan to have them come weekly at this point. There were no problems. Very easy to set up appointment for cleaning, as well as appointment for estimate. I would strongly recommend this company. They seem to be very well-ran. I also like the fact that I can speak to Janice, who manages the company, if there are any concerns. I have confidence that they will be responsive to my concerns and needs.

Janice was very professional and came out in person to give me an estimate. I was calling on short notice for a party, and they were able to squeeze me in to accommodate my schedule. Overall, I was very pleased and would definitely recommend them to my friends. Their price also seemed very reasonable compared to other services I have used.

WE ARE A BUSY, HAIRY HOUSE WITH 2 ADULTS, A TODDLER, 2 CATS AND A DOG, (ALL PERPETUALLY SHEDDING), LIVING IN A 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATH TOWNHOUSE IN SEATTLE. AFTER THEY'VE BEEN HERE YOU WOULDN'T KNOW WE HAD SUCH A FULL HOUSE! THEY ARE INCREDIBLY NICE AND DO A GREAT JOB. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS BECAUSE MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE OVER THE PAST TWO YEARS HAS BEEN SO GOOD. PRIOR TO FOUR SEASONS PROFESSIONAL CLEANERS I HAD NOT FOUND A CONSISTENTLY GOOD CLEANER & HOPPED FROM CLEANER TO CLEANER EVERY FEW MONTHS. IT HAS NOW BEEN SEVERAL YEARS AND I AM STILL SATISFIED. ANYTIME I WANT THEM TO FOCUS ON A SPECIFIC AREA OR WANT MORE ATTENTION TO A CERTAIN DETAIL, IT IS DONE. NO PROBLEM. ALTHOUGH NOT REQUIRED, WE DO TRY TO TIDY UP TOYS AND CLUTTER BEFORE THEY COME SO THEY CAN FOCUS ON CLEANING INSTEAD OF PICKING UP. (MY OWN PREFERENCE.) THEY COME ON A DAY WHEN WE ARE ALL AT WORK/SCHOOL & DON'T CARE WHEN THEY COME SO I CAN'T COMMENT ON PUNCTUALITY.
