Four Seasons Pro Cleaning

Very disappointed with the quality of the cleaning. A "deep" clean was done and when I came home I found many surfaces that had not even been lightly dusted, a kitchen floor that clearly had not been cleaned as the same spots that had been present before were still there. It is a lot of money to pay to have the toilet tissue "folded" as if in a hotel but not the kind of cleaning that would really make a difference. The woman who runs this company is extremely professional, very kind and very punctual but I am afraid that there is not enough oversight of the people who actually come to do the cleaning.

This price was comparable to other companies. They were very pleasant to work with. They were very professional and got the job done. I had them re-do a few things, but they were very nice about this. I would like to use them for regular cleaning, unfortunately they do not service my area on a regular basis.

Started out great and each week it got a little bit worse. The cleaners showed up later and later every week and stayed less time and cleaned more poorly each week. The last time they left poo in the toilet and cat barf on many surfaces - it was my last time too. Janice is very agreeable, however, I think she needs to pick better workers.

They hired people out, and they didn't pay much attention to detail. I had to do a lot of calling back.

If you need a one-time cleaning, by all means use these people. If you are looking for someone to regularly clean your place, just be aware that the quality of work will go downhill, and they will consistently be late. I think perhaps the company was overwhelmed with the amount of jobs they received from Angie's List because of the good reviews. I would definitely not recommend them or use them again.

They are very responsive. She is always accommodates with my schedule. It has been excellent. I spend $95.00 every two weeks. The team cleans my whole house. They are here about two hours.

I have to say we have had no problems and they are very good. They arrive on time to do the cleaning. I would recommend them to others and use them again in the future.

I have a difficult house to clean-really small with not much room between the furniture and lots of pets. One miniscule bathroom where only one person fits at a time. After the first visit, I almost cried because it was so thorough. As the months have passed, though, the work is uneven; sometimes it's fine, other times I can see items that weren't dusted. Last month the cleaners didn't show up at all-no phone call, nothing. I called Janice and told her I wanted to discontinue the service, but she offered to send a team out the following day. And she did! This month I got two confirmation calls for next week's cleaning, but that's unusual. I normally have to remember when they were here last time, and I've been wrong more than once. I need some preparation time before they arrive-the pets-and it's annoying to have to guess if "today is the day". For example, last month I was able to corral a couple of my animals to put them in their cage (a very unusual occurrence). I left a note asking the cleaners to let them out before they left. I came home from work at 7:00 p.m. to find them still in the cage, and the house dirty. Very, very annoying. (And the animals weren't too happy either...:-) My standards, under the circumstances (dust bunnies, cats trying to "help", etc.) are pretty reasonable. If the work was consistent and I could count on them showing up, it would be far less stressful; I set up housecleaning to *decrease* my stress, not add to it.

They were very professional and very thorough. I had planned for them to come back for to do a follow up cleaning, but they did such a good job I didn't need them to. They were very prompt.

I thought they did a very good job with it. The pricing was reasonable and they knew what they were doing. They did arrive a little late but that was a business drawback and could not be helped. In the end I was very pleased and would recommend them.

Janice replied promptly to my request for information via phone and email. She was able to come out for an estimate within one day. She quoted a very reasonable price, which included an Angie's List and Senior discount. The next day two women came out to do the cleaning. Although it was estimated to take three hours, it took four. Everything looked great and the bathrooms were spotless. The cleaners were polite and very hard working. This was not an easy cleaning job and they did excellent work. We have decided to use them on a regular basis. I would highly recommend this service.

They did a great job, and I was extremely satisfied. They honored the Angie's List discount and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was impressed with the professionalism of the business, but the quality of the work has not been high. I've had three cleanings, and each time I've had to do additional cleaning after the crew left, particularly with floors. I gave feedback after the last cleaning, but this time the floors don't look as if they were cleaned at all. I don't think it's necessarily that the team isn't attentive, but the method of cleaning the floors is inadequate. I'm disappointed. The other aspects of the cleaning were moderately good, but not great. I also asked to have natural cleaning products used (which I was told was an option), but 2 out of 3 times standard products were used.

They did a satisfactory work in general, but did miss out quite a few things. It seems among the 3 person crew, some parts are done more thorough and some not so. After the cleaning, I found out that the washer and dryer which was included in the estimate was not cleaned. The crew came back did a quick 15 min touch up. Later I found out one of the mini-blinds and the door behind the mini-blinds were completely left out uncleaned. So was the entry door which was included in the estimate. I had to clean these myself because there was no time left for me to schedule another makeup cleaning. They were responsive the work quality is not that impressive.

I use Angie's List extensively for my home and looked to them to find a good cleaning service for my small office. I had interviewed many other companies, none were as professional and efficient as Janice. She scheduled an appointment with me right away, and didn't balk at my interest in a "trial cleaning" as other services had. In addition, she cheerfully applied my 12%-off coupon to the first cleaning even though I wasn't using her services at my house. I have now been using them for six months and I'm very happy.

They give great personalized service and rates. Great reliability and cleaning. They have done our cleaning for 7 years, through 2 houses.

I have used them for a couple of years. The quality has been decreasing over the last four months. They started using a "ready mop" to scrub both the kitchen and bathroom. Vacuuming is "around" the furniture.

Not good. They were almost 3 hrs late. Not only did I not get the 'reminder' call outlined on the contract - No one called me to say why they were late or HOW late they were going to be. By looking at the carpet you could tell no furniture was moved. Bedroom/kitchen blinds were not done nor the furniture wiped/dusted. Dust 'bunnies' were still attached to the dining ceiling fan/lights as well as the lights in the front landing.

We've used Four Season's to clean our house every other week for the last year or so and have always been very impressed with the quality of work for the money. They send multiple people to clean our 2200 sq ft house quickly. They remember the things we ask to specifically be cleaned and frequently go beyond what is expected. Janice is great to work with and has been able to reschedule us on the day of cleaning when we've needed it. They haven't raised the price since we started with them.

I've used several cleaning services before over the years, but the work done by Four Seasons has been the best and the prices are very reasonable.

Four Seasons is great. They left my house beautiful. They did all the spots that normally are neglected by cleaning companies, but they forgot to do the windows. I let them know and they did them immediately. They were really helpful people and very friendly.

They are pretty good. They clean the whole house. They are very neat when doing so. I have been very pleased with the neatness they leave in my rooms. They do a very thorough cleaning in the bathrooms and in my kitchen.

The first visit they did not do a very thorough job. For example, the tops of ledges and picture frames were not dusted. When I complained about this, they agreed to send out the same crew to do another deep clean and charge me the regular fee of $90 and not the $125 charge for the deep clean. Again, the problem was not addressed by the same crew and we have not had them back. I think the service would be good if I could have communicated my needs to the crew or if the crew would know what it was I wanted. We couldn't break the language barrier. My house is not complicated in the sense of no pets and I don't have lots of clutter or knickknacks. This is probably a good company to deal with, I'm just done explaining myself to them and plan to move on.

They did a very decent job. I do not think I could quite put them in an A Category. They came as a team and they did an efficient job. The quality of the job is good. They are punctual though.

They were very thorough. They did a great job cleaning my house, and the people who came were very nice and trustworthy. I liked them because they were able to accommodate all my needs, but their prices were a bit higher than other companies.
