Four Seasons Pro Cleaning

They were fine. They're good. We don’t live there anymore so we don’t use them. They did good work. No fuss, no muss. They showed up on time and did good work. The price was right. We would use them again.

They came on time and did a thorough job of cleaning every corner of the house - they did a really nice job! Three ladies came in and took to cleaning each area of the house. Each one of them did a really nice job. Their cleaning materials had a very lovely fragrance which left the house feeling really clean and fresh. The only thing I would point out is that I had to empty closets and other areas for them to clean - they didn't do it themselves. Only after I moved stuff out of the way did they clean a cluttered area - else they left it alone. Not sure if that is a company policy of some sort. Overall, I was extremely happy and satisfied with their work.

I requested a price quote after I provided some information about our home and cleaning needs. I received a response requesting an appointment to see our home. I suggested 3 possible dates/times but never received a reply.

Great service. Promply responded to my email, was able to meet at a time convinient for me for the estimate, cleaning was done at the date/time given and the work was amazing...my wife is still glowing. We plan to use them long term (this was just a one time deep/spring clean, but we're going to go once a month because of how well they did).

We have used Four Seasons for multiple years, but their service has gone downhill. They rush through the house with poor detail to dusting, often times cleaning around things instead of under them. They also do not pay attention to housewaste, often putting recycling, food compost and garbage all in one bag...leaving it on the back deck instead of putting it in the can. They provide decent service, but not worth the price and frustrations.

I called Janice on a Wednesday afternoon and she was at my home giving me an estimate the next day. I was expecting to have to wait until the following week to have my home deep cleaned, but she had a team of three delightful ladies at the door the next morning at exactly 9:00 a.m., the time that she had promised. My home is also outside of their usual area of business, so this was even more surprising.

The entire experience was great. From Janice's prompt response to an appointment request to her being on time for the estimate appointment to the amazing job performed, it beat expectations. We paid exactly what was quoted but got far more than we were expecting. Even the metal garbage can in the kitchen was scrubbed and sparkling! We got quotes from other companies that were substantially higher so I am very glad we went with Four Seasons.

It went really well. They were here on time, worked hard and responded well to what I asked them to do. My stove looked great when they finished along with the hardwood floor. They dusted a large shelf with a zillion nicknacks on it that I hate doing. When they finished they made sure everything I wanted done was completed. The owner also stopped by to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction.

Excellent and I noticed some of the less than A grades this company received seemed to be people expecting too much and then not following up to let the service make it right instead they give a bad review and list it here.

Great Service and quality staffing.

The cleaning team arrives with all the materials they need to houseclean. They perform their routines with intention and quiet businesslike manner. I just try to keep out of the way, knowing they will make me proud of my home when they leave. When I had a cat, they were very careful not to scare or bother the cat or leave any doors open. I have been very consistently pleased over the past 3 years and Janice is very responsive to adding reasonable costs if I have any additional chores such as window washing.

I found this company via the Internet and then later here on Angie?s list. Janice come over for an estimate and took a close look at my specific needs. Over three years, I have had 2 different teams and each one has been very good and has honored any special requests. I have also appreciated their attention to details, which makes my house feel even cleaner than I could have ever managed on my own. I have enjoyed working with this company and hope to continue to do so for years to come.

I have been using Four Seasons as my housecleaning services on a regular basis for close to 2 years now. The relationship started in a positive manner. They were responsive and Janice is very professional. I schedule all my appointments with them via email during the week. However, the quality standards seem to have declined. I have noticed that the cleaners change regularly, and they do not seem to be detailed-oriented. I typically request that they spend more time in the kitchen and bathrooms but I still notice areas that have dirt on them after the cleaning. The quality of the service is sporadic and it really depends on which cleaners you get. I will still use them for a while as it is difficult to find cleaning companies that operate over the weekends. However, I am searching around for a new provider.

After getting three quotes from different companies, I decided to hire Four Seasons Professional Cleaning. I am very impressed with Janice professionalism and her price is very competitive. When she came over for a free estimate, she had a service agreement and went over all the details with me. The cleaners showed up on-time and did an amazing job. Now, they have been coming to our home for the past 3 months and charge $ 125 for every other week. They bill us monthly which is working great. My husband and I are very happy with Four Seasons Professional Cleaners that we have recommended them to several neighbors who are also very happy with their service.

I called several cleaning companies from Angies 48 hours before the needed cleaning, and Janice called back immediately. She is very professional. The crew was right on time the next day. They spoke little English, which may be the reason the quality suffered because I couldn't convey my expectations. They spent 4 hours on the upstairs (2 br & 2 ba), This seemed to be an oddly tipped balance of their time because the bulk of the work was downstairs & in the finished basement. Janice came by 2 hours into the cleaning to inspect and provide guidance to the workers, she & I talked about my expectations and she translated to the workers. They worked for a total of 9 hours, which for the price seemed like a deal. I left them after the 8 hours on their own, and they had not finished the kitchen or basement yet. Maybe they thought I had said they were finished, but I think they left shortly after I did. After we moved in and I began putting things away it was obvious that the quality was not great. Things that were missed: top of the refrigerator, stove vent = covered in grease from the previous owner, Master Bathroom drawers - yuck...hair left everywhere, basement bathroom - not sure if this was touched at all, hair everywhere & soap scum in the shower Basement Living Room - was not vacuumed, food crumbs found in the kitchen cabinets. Main living area wood floors, swept, but not sure if they were mopped. Admittedly, I didn't follow back up with Janice, we were too consumed with moving in the next day. My regret is that I should have stayed the full time, gone over the work with them, and reported back to Janice. In the end, I felt the price was too good to be true, and that high expectations were set and not met.

I Emailed Janice and she called back the same day. She was here the following day to provide an estimate. I hired her on the spot...and they cleaned the house 2 days later. Everyone was on time and worked very hard and carefully. They respect your home and your belongings. They are friendly, clean, industrious workers. They will now be coming every 2 weeks to keep my house clean.

We had heard about this company when we moved into town (recently) and decided to try them. They moved quickly (there were two gals doing the cleaning) but they did a thorough job.

I made the appointment approx 2 weeks in advance, since the last time I used them I made the appointment more than a month in advance, and it apparently was not entered on the calendar. This time I also called the day before to be sure I was scheduled. Janice had told me at the first call that she'd check the record to see what I paid before- if she did so, I wasn't called back, and the cleaner also didn't know about charges or paying the bill . The cleaner was scheduled to arrive at 8:30- by a little after 9:00 was ready to call and see what was going on- the phone rang and the cleaner or Janice (I never was sure who called) said my house number wasn't visible. I said it certainly was- so they must not be on the right street. It turns out the wrong address was either given, or heard- and the cleaner finally arrived at 9:30- after very specific directions from me. She immediately went to work. Her helper came 30 min later, and they worked steadily for 3 hours. When I asked about payment, she didn't know, and said Janice would send an invoice. I got that on Oct 1. The charge was as I expected. I probably will use them again. I don't have regular house-cleaning, ~just an annual deep clean. It is frustrating that the arrival of the cleaners is so delayed, and the communication so sparse. Once here, they are professional and pleasant and responsive to my requests.

We met with Janice who was very well organized and very friendly. We scheduled her team for the initial cleaning (~3 hours). They both were fantastic and did everything we required; worked very hard and with much efficiency. They arrive right on scheduled time and commence working hard for 2+ hours. They were so good we ended up scheduling them regularly every other week through December 2009, and will probably use them indefinitely beyond then. As an added feature, they bill you by the month, which is very convenient. Go with them!!

She was very professional and courteous. She was very client responsive.

They were fantastic. They were very punctual. They were very good at what they did and they were very friendly.

Called and spoke to Marcello. He came over and did a walk-through. Gave us a quote right away. It was actually a tiny bit higher than the other company that we spoke with, but he was much more detailed in his quote and the services that they perform. The cleaning team arrived on time on the appointed day and did a great job. The landlord said she had never seen such a sparkling apartment after someone moved out. I would definitely recommend them!

We often had to call and report things that did not get cleaned or tasks not done (garbage emptied). They broke glasses and other things. Language issues made it difficult to communicate with the cleaners directly. Too much $$ for the quality of service. We have terminated the agreement with them.

They're completely trustworthy. I have three large dogs, and they don't seem to be bothered by the dogs. They do an excellent job with no reminders or having to follow up on things that they missed.
