Received excellent service the same day that I called for service. Pete was very courteous and knowledgeable. In addition to fixing the two items I had requested, Pete also replaced the front external hose faucet, repaired two toilets, and checked all sink, tub, and shower faucets. While he was repairing the rear faucet, he noticed that the downstairs toilet was running. At my request he replaced the ballcock. He then checked the faucets and toilets in the rest of the house. He also replaced the upstairs ballcock in the master toilet and tightened all the faucet handles. Pete had all replacement parts and supplies with him in the truck. All repairs cost a total of $90.00 in parts and $162.00 in labor, plus tax. I felt the cost was most reasonable and am very satisfied with the work performed. I would definitely call this company again. Excellent customer service, knowledge base, and work ethic.

Their price was much more reasonable than the other guys I called. They were quick and very clean.

Although Pete was very booked with other projects and was going on vacation during the 4th of July holiday, he was able to squeeze our project in the same day as we called. Just an excellent plumber that shows a high integrity for his work.

I called the company in the morning and had a return phone call from Pete within an hour. I told him I wanted a toilet replaced with a new one. He gave me his recommendations and prices. We decided on the model above. He said he would order it and do the job in the next couple days. He ended up calling me back and saying he could do it that afternoon. He came when he said he would and completed the job in about 45 minutes.He was clean, efficient, honest, and personable. Talk about good service, a company that actually returns your call the same day and schedules promptly and shows up in time and does a great job! I would highly recommend Pete, he was fantastic!!!!

I had several minor repairs that had been needing attention for a long time. The repairman arrived on time, when promised, did each repair quickly and efficiently and even suggested several ways I could have them done for less money. He left me with an excellent impression of his work.

Excellent. Found Pete on Angie's List, crosschecked him with Checkbook.org, the BBB and Land I. Pete returned my initial call to his answering service within 6 hours (even though this was not an emergency). Gave me excellent advice over the phone on what to shop for for my faucets (he spent at least 10 minutes with me on the phone discussing my needs and concerns). Was extremely accommodating with my schedule. Called en-route to say he would be a couple minutes late. Showed up, had everything he needed to fix/install everything I needed. Contorted his body under my tiny sinks and got everything up and running in just under 3 hours. Was very informative (being a first time home-owner I had a LOT of questions) without being condescending or arrogant (he's an incredibly nice guy too!).

Excellent service! Pete squeezed me into his day even though he was very busy and heading out of town the next day. He quickly determine what the problem was (a lotion bottle had fallen into the toilet). He cleared the clog and also did some fine tuning on the inner workings of my toilet and even checked my sink faucets.

HE WAS ON TIME. HE WAS EASY GOING. THE PRICE WAS OKAY CONSIDERING THAT FROM THE TIME I CALLED HIM UNTIL THE TIME THE WORK WAS DONE WAS ABOUT AN HOUR. SO MAYBE I CAUGHT HIM AT THE RIGHT TIME THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT BUT ALL IN ALL IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. ONE MORE THING---I HAD A NEW SHOWER HEAD THAT AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE PETE TRIED TO SCREW IN BUT IT LEAKED WHEN THE SHOWER WAS TURNED ON. SO HE WENT OUT TO HIS TRUCK AND GOT A SHOWER HEAD THAT HE HAD--PUT IT IN AND IT WORKED FINE AND SINCE I HAD ALREADY MADE OUT THE CHECK HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING.
