Discount Water Heater & Appliance

This was the most professional experience I have ever had with a contractor (they contract through Lowes). They were kind, friendly, courteous, and the work they did was excellent. They came back twice because of complications that came along with having an older house. Our water heater was missing pieces, but the installer had them on hand so we didn't have to take a trip back to the store. His appearance was professional; very clean and dressed appropriately. He took the time to make sure he didn't get my home dirty. He did not make us feel awkward in anyway. Rick was the installer for my home. He seemed very trustworthy right off the bat. It was nice to have an installer that didn't make me feel like he was going to take advantage of my lack of experience or expertise. I have recommended their services to my friends and I was so impressed that I felt it would benefit the community to find someone as good as they were. Very professional experience overall.
