The termite treatment was very effective. I hired them to start spraying outside for pests because I was so pleased with their service

They are a local company, which is why I chose them. I am satisfied with their services.

I’ve been using them probably since 1995 or so. That’s a long time. Their charges are reasonable and I have a contract with them. So they come out a few times a year.

I can’t grade their price because I don’t know anyone else’s prices. They were pretty responsive.

We use them every year in April and it's $125. We like them and have used them for years, they are environmentally sensitive, not as toxic, and do a good job. They have kept carpenter ants away for years. They got the King County Good Star Environmental Award 2 years ago and they do good things. We've had a problem with rats for years, and they figured out how they got in. We had a sewer pipe replaced, the rat followed the earth, burrowed through the crawl space, went out to the garage, and they found it. They are really good. They can get into a space the size of your thumb and can disconnect their joints to slither through a little tiny crack. Cascade Pest Control told us that. I give them high ratings.

They were very professional and they would offer options and work with us regarding pet safety. They cover all the bases. A lot of people in my neighborhood use them.

They were very specific about areas that were of a concern. They always left detailed notes when they were finished with their inspections and applications. So they were very thorough, courteous, professional and timely. I don’t recall how much I spent on their services. I would tell the other people that they are definitely a go to if they have problems or if they need any maintenance. I will use them again in the future if I need to.

These guys are professional, knowledgeable, and good at what they do. I have had a long line of other companies over the years and I have NEVER had the results like I had with Cascade. Jim and Henry have probably FORGOTTEN more about pest control than most all of the other companies will ever KNOW. The bottom line is that they are good but not cheap. You get what you pay for and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

They were extremely clean and neat. You can't even tell they were here! They were very easy and pleasant to work with. They were also very effiecient. I felt I got a very good job at a very fair price. I would recommend them to anybody.

I was very unhappy with their service. I didn't think they adequately explain their services, that carpet beetles are prone to reinfest and that multiple treatments were needed. They tried to have me sign a contract for $1300 a year or else I would have to pay extra each time they came out. So, I decided to do the treatments myself. They also claim to be environmentally friendly but I was surprised to find they placed glue traps in our crawlspace. I was upset that was their first method.

It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone. I give them the highest ratings across the board. They were great.

Everything was excellent. The guy was really great. We had them come to our house 5 years ago to kill the ants in my house and I have not had another problem in 5 years.

The guy was terrific and I really liked him a lot. His name was Dale Strnad. I looked them up on Angie's List and found that they had pretty high ratings. We had a leak and it had rotted wood under the sub-floor in our home. We found that there was a big moisture ant population when he ripped the floor up. It was horrifying and he really helped me through the whole process. I would say that their prices are very reasonable. I think that it is a fantastic pest control company and I would highly recommend them.

They were very helpful on the phone and gave me a couple of options. We plan to use them on an ongoing basis. We are very happy with their service.

Seattle's somewhat known for having rats. Probably has something to do with the climate, and all the vegetation, where they go to live and eat. So, keeping on top of the problem is important, if you don't want to have a growing rat community (we had some in our attic ~1 year ago, and Cascade helped us with the cleanup/removal, and now we have them regularly doing checkups and trapping). Anyway, Cascade has been fantastic -- very professional, and regular like the rising sun :-)

On Friday I purchased Angie's Big Deal for pest control services. By Friday afternoon Cascade had called and left a message about scheduling the treatment. I returned their call on the following Monday and scheduled the service for Tuesday afternoon. The company's representative arrived on time, was very friendly, completed the service in a professional manner and gave me suggestions that would help prevent future problems.

They are very consistent and really good about follow ups. They are dependable and they come out whenever they are expected. I’ve had them for so long that I don’t have anything much to compare them to. They just take care of me and that’s all I’m concerned about these days. They’re at least taking care of my problem. Since I really had only them all these years, I haven’t compared their prices to anyone else. They are very professional. I will use their services again in the future.

They did a good job and solved the problem although they had to come back several times without any additional fee. I will use them again in the future.
