SIMPLY CLEAN

Great company - personable, friendly and does an immaculate job. We have continued to use them once a month to give the house a good scrub and relieve me of having to do much cleaning for the rest of the time until the next visit. Not only do they leave the house clean, but they also make the beds and arrange my toddlers toys in a way that delights her when she comes home. A+++ for this company.

As soon as I bought the Big Deal, I knew they were going to be busy, so I emailed the address as soon as I could, and /promptly/ received a call back, and we scheduled it right there and then. (Contrast this with the two different cleaning companies I have purchased services with on Groupon, neither of who have even given me info on their next available dates!) It was actually a cleaning for my rental home, so I was not present when the cleaning person came. My renter reported that she was very thorough and he was very pleased, especially with how clean the stovetop and oven were. I came over to take a look, and everything looked great. I am SO happy with how everything was handled - prompt, thorough and gave us exactly what we needed!

Every two weeks, Tanya comes and does wonders in our very messy cluttered house. Our house shines. She doesn't cut corners. She is the best house cleaner that has ever worked in our house. I highly recommend this service.

The two housecleaners arrived early on two consecutive Fridays and worked until 5:00 p.m. with hardly any break. They were thorough and polite. A slight issue is that neither of the housecleaners spoke very good English, but their understanding was sufficient to get by.

As a first-timer at having a house cleaning service, I was hoping that the recommendations here would help. I am extremely pleased that I went with Simply Clean. Min was very easy to work with on scheduling--always prompt at responding over email and helpful. Elena came today and did a fantastic job. I can't believe how great my house looks.

The quality of cleaning was great. My home was unrecognizable. I realized how little did I know about home keeping. Two Simply Clean girls ( I don't remember their names) did an amazing job. They spend almost all day. At first I was concerned about the price tag, but it was worth it. I hired them to clean my home every 2 weeks.

It went great! I've never had anyone clean my house before, so i don't have any other company to conpare them to, but these two were excellent. My house has never been so clean. They dusted every surface, cleaned curtains, rugs, knicknacks, plant leaves, etc. They cleaned everyhting above the kitchen cabinets (yucky kitchen grease covered with cement dust) and mopped, washed windowsn, vacuumed, everything, all in about 6 hours. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent. The Simply Clean manager walked through the house, we agreed on the costs and time involved, and they stuck to their bid though it took a bit longer than expected. The crew of three people worked 12 hours to clean the house and it's cleaner than it's EVER been. They were friendly and professional, did exactly what they said they'd do for the agreed upon price. The only reason I gave them a B on the price is that is wasn't that different from the other bids I received, instead choosing this vendor based on their responsiveness and level of service received during the bid process. The Simply Clean crew was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I called around and they were the first ones to return my call and they were available on a short 2 day notice. After describing the job and house, I was giving a quote with details calling for a 6 hours job. They confirmed the time and date via email as well as information regarding what to expect on the day. The cleaning lady came a bit earlier so that we could walk through the house first. She did a great job, including interacting with my sometimes curious son :) After 4 hours she was done with a job well done. Now, I was a bit surprised that the quote was for 6 hours, which was what I had paid for. After a call with the main office, they adjusted the charge right away to the actual time it took. In summary: They have great staff, use green products, are timely and thorough, and you can pay via paypal.

I've used them one time. The monthly fee is $160 for routine cleaning. The lady that came was very nice. She missed a couple of things that they say they do on the website for deep cleaning. I emailed them and mentioned that she didn't clean the windows and didn?t wipe the woodwork down. I asked that it would be done the next time they come. I was satisfied and she was really good. She was here about seven hours. I have used other companies that were cheaper.

I was very happy with the results! The place was immaculate, smelled wonderful, and every trace of mold that had taken hold in the fridge was gone. I couldn't find a thing to complain about. The very personable owner even followed up with me after the service to make sure everything went well, and I gave him a glowing report. I am already recommending Simply Clean to my friends, and am happily doing so for the Angie's List community.

I am really pleased with her because she is personable and nice to have in my home but she is also a thorough cleaner. She is very good at following directions. I think it is a little pricey but I go ahead and pay it because I like her work.

Very professional and excellent quality! Beginning with my first telephone call to Min, my experience with Simply Clean has been very positive. Min was able to assess our housecleaning needs and provide a quote over the phone. We scheduled to have the house cleaned a few days later. Luda arrived right on time and ready to get to work. She provided a very thorough cleaning throughout the house including baseboards and the tops of door molding (details that are often overlooked). As she cleaned, she tidied areas that were messy, and emptied all the garbages, including the diaper pail! The end result was a wonderful, fresh home smelling clean, but not chemical! The next day Min called to follow up and make sure we were satisfied. We are scheduled to continue with "Plan A" maintenance cleaning every 4 weeks.

When I requested post-construction cleaning, Min seemed to know exactly what I needed---including wiping drywall dust off the walls and light fixtures, mopping the floors, etc. Olga was delightful, and very hard-working, but it seemed obvious she really didn't have experience in post-construction cleaning; and she definitely did not have adequate tools for the job. All she had for ceilings and walls was a feather duster. Her mop was inadequate for drywall dust; and whatever she used for the windows still left streaks and smears. Min had scheduled an entire day, but Olga spent the first 4 hours in our 300 sq ft new upstairs room, leaving her inadequate time for the rest of the house. She even worked extra time, but I still had to do part of the cleaning myself (and redo some things). I think that, had she been provided with appropriate tools, she would have done a fine job.

This has been our third bi-weekly visit from Olga of Simply Clean, and we couldn't be happier. She is spectacular! Very deep and detail-oriented in her work, no small feat given that we have four little kids who can leave quite a mess. Her manager, Min, has also been wonderful. He's very responsive and an excellent communicator. Highly recommend hiring these folks!

We're on a monthly cleaning cycle now, so far so good.

Olga spent the whole day completing everything we agreed to. She greeted me with a lovely potted plant and worked around my toddler grandchild who was with me all day. Her smiling nature won both me and the grand-daughter over within a short time. She was most considerate and hard-working. I hope to continue using her services.

Elena is so sweet, professional, and a powerhouse of energy! She is always smiling and positive. When she did our initial deep-clean, I was so amazed by her energy. I don't think I've ever seen anyone work so hard! You won't regret giving Elena a try. She has done an amazing job for us.

I scheduled the cleaning with Min, who provides stellar customer service. Elena did the cleaning. When we came home the house sparkled like I've never seen. Even my teenage boys couldn't get over the "makeover" our house got. I've hired a number of companies in the past and have never been so pleased as I am with this company. They know how to do this work and are in a category all their own.

I called a few days before the cleaning and they coordinated the time and date and any detailed instructions about the cleaning. Price was based on an initial estimate of how clean or dirty the place was on a 1-10 scale. They did an absolutely first rate job, the communication was flawless, and I was able to pay with paypal. Very convenient and overall a great experience with this company, highly recommended.

Elena showed up on time, was very friendly and not afraid to ask questions. While her English is somewhat limited, she makes a good effort to communicate and makes sure that she understands what you're saying. She also works with someone who seems like a coordinator (Min), who is very responsive and easy to reach and can help address any questions or concerns. I really appreciate that they followed up to see how the clean went.

I called three listings on Angie's list and received a quick call back from Simply Clean LLC. I was told there was a house cleaner available for me the next day. The price I was quoted was based on the approximate square feet of the rooms and the type of detailed cleaning I required. The house cleaner arrived on time and ready to tackle the job. She did a fantastic job. I have hired house cleaning services many times for rental properties and have been disapointed in the cleaning results. I have finally found a cleaning service that knows what clean means! The house cleaner even offered to come back the next day if I found any area I was not completely satisfied with. I had another small cleaning job at a different house a few days later and I again used Simply Clean LLC. I had the same great experience with this company.

It went great. Our cleaning lady Elena is very personable and we developed trust right away. She did more than we expected. We asked her to come back to clean our house every two weeks. Customer service is great. Someone from Simply Clean called us a day before to confirm our cleaning date. Also I received a follow up a call after the cleaning to check if everything went well.

Wonderful. I have multiple chemical sensitivities, so I cannot tolerate normal cleaning products. Not only does our housekeeper get down on her knees to scrub the floors, she uses only vinegar, baking soda and a small amount of 7th generation cleaner on the floors and throughout the house. She is constantly on the go while working, is always punctual and takes the initiative to figure out and do what needs to be done. Best housekeeper I have ever had.
