SIMPLY CLEAN

Initial cleaning was AMAZING - fixed price but she stayed for 6 hours. She cleaned things that had never been cleaned (e.g. glass in cabinets and interior doors). After that monthly service was not as good, especially if I was not home while it was being done. Had some problems when I needed to change dates occasionally - very limited flexibility and then they made me deal with providing a new key (while I was out of town!) - they should keep them in a central (and safe) location. On the monthly, the time they would show up varied by 2-3 hours each time which caused difficulty for the person who took my dog during the cleaning.

They did an EXCEPTIONAL job! The lady cleaned the bathrooms and the kitchen. She also did the dusting, the hardwood floors, the carpet and the stairs. She started working from the time she got there til time she left. She was incredibly focused and dynamic. Natasha is the person who cleaned my house and she needs some kind of recommendation from the company - she was amazing!

Employee was lazy. Really good the first 2 times. The 3rd time, I thought, everyone has a bad day. The 4th time, she left after 2 1/2 hours. The 5th time, I was getting tired of going around my house cleaning after her. She never lifted anything up. Not to vacuum or dust. I called to cancel the service and their response was, ok. No question as to why, or even that they cared. I guess they already had my $.

I contacted the business via e-mail and heard back immediately, on a Sunday, by the owner of the business. She made arrangements to meet me at my home the next day to quote a price for house cleaning. When she came on Monday she was on time, very professional yet comfortable. She quoted a price for the job and said she would call me that evening to schedule a crew. The crew was scheduled the very next day, two people who did a great job (see above).

Wow- how wonderful it is to have my house spotless clean. It hasn't looked this good since it was new. Three women arrived to do my cleaning. They were all very nice good, efficient workers. One was even there a half hour early to start if needed, and helped me move some outdoor plants around first, which is what I was doing outside. I explained all areas of the house to the first woman and she filled in the other two. All arrived at separate times and brought their own cleaning materials with them. I was asked a couple of times which products I preferred. They cleaned everything! See the website for all the things they clean with the Spring/Deep cleaning. They dusted everywhere and were respectful when I put up signs not to clean certain things or to let our cats into certain rooms, etc. It was a great expereince overall. They worked hard into the early evening to finish my large 4,000 sq ft house. The one thing I didn't realized that came with the service was that they will help to organize your things after areas are cleaned. Most people would probably love this portion, but I'm a pretty particular person, so wasn't excited that things got moved around to different places after cleaning, especially things in my office and bathroom like separated stacks of paper, medicines, etc. I should have read that this was an included service, but if you'd prefer they don't move or reorganize things, let them know up front that your wish is to have things back in the same spot.

I hired Simply Clean because they were on Angies List and the deal sounded too good to be true. I actually felt guilty for only paying $125 to have our 2 &1/2 baths, kitchen and hard floors cleaned. A very nice couple came - English was their second language - and they did a very nice job on the items they cleaned.- I had straightened up and cleaned up before they arrived and was home the entire time they were here. They called me a few times to show me work they had done. They worked about three hours each. I was planning on tipping them generously. However, abruptly they told me they were done and they left. After they left I noticed there were a number of items promised in the deal that they didn't do. I didn't want to get them in trouble so I didn't talk with the company. I felt I paid a fair price but it wasn't a "deal". I did not want to hire the company again. Strangely enough, the company never contacted me to see if I wanted to hire them again!

Excellent service, always on time and the house is always sparkling when we get home. The same person cleans every time and so she knows our house and how we like things cleaned and put away.

However, an incident changed my mind completely. My home was newly remodeled. After the last service on approximately 8/18/11, I came home after the cleaner was done to discover scratches all across the new stainless steel backsplash behind my range (due to using a sponge to scrub it clean). She actually saw me before leaving, accepted her generous tip with a smile and left without saying a word about the damage. I instructed Simply Clean to not use anything other the microfiber cloth on brushed stainless steel appliances - as if it wasn't obvious... This was a day before our housewarming party and very disappointing and frustrating. I give Simply Clean credit for covering the cost of the professional refinishing of the backsplash (after I called and informed them of the damage). However, it doesn't compensate for the frustration of the very expensive item being damaged in my home and the time I had to take out of my busy schedule to have the repairs done due to their negligence. Needless say, I won't be using them again.

I think the initial cleaning the company provided was very expensive, almost $600! The company said the housecleaner would do some sort of extra duty each time she came. I have yet to see what extra item she cleaned outside of the usual sleaning. She is very fast, diligent, and I think she does a good job overall.

The experience has been wonderful for me! This is despite that fact that there was a major glitch one week: I came home to find the cleaners had left my door unlocked. I was very upset, but the company responded swiftly and very appropriately. They were very stern with the employees (they no longer work there), immediately assigned new cleaners to me, and gave me half off the next cleaning. I am convinced this was an isolated incident that could happen to any employer; I've had no problems before or since.

The people who came out were very honest and I trusted them to come when I was not at home. The problems were that the cleaning was superficial, notes left with instructions on what to dust were taken with them, but ignored, so each week I would rewrite instructions. Sometimes the kitchen sink was dirty as if a wash pail were emptied into it, most weeks the shutters were not dusted even with specific directions to do so. One time the dishes in the dishwasher were put away - not a job I wanted done - the dishes in the dishwasher were not washed yet. Yikes! When I cancelled my own service and cleaned for myself, I found picture frames (2) that were broken and placed back on the shelf as well as floor molding loose and just set in place. We cancelled the service for my parents when the agreed upon time could not be met. The service knew that my mother was wheelchair bound and had help with toilet needs by caregivers. This made it very important that Simply Clean kept to the agreed upon time. They could not. My parents' house was also superficially cleaned and many times I would see that the kitchen floor was sticky and spills still visible.

They do a very good job, and have great customer service. They promptly fix anything I may have a problem with. I really enjoy the staff that has been coming out to my house. They also use nontoxic cleaning chemicals.

Very good workers. Nothing wrong with them, just the middle man in the office..... the reason it costs so much. at least $80 more than the next cheapest.

You have always come through with dependable workers who have always gone the extra mile to do the best job possible, sometimes under short notice.

I contacted Simply Clean via Angie's List (email) and received an email response from their scheduling department within 2 hours. To provide me with an estimate, Simple Clean's scheduling department provided me with a questionnaire to complete, which I did the same day. Again, within an hour of returning their questionnaire, I received an email reply from Simply Clean with an estimate and an explanation of how they would engage me. Satisfied with their proposal, I decided to proceed and provided them with my credit card number, which they required to secure the appointment. They explained that no charges would be made on the card until after services were provided. I was a bit leery of providing my credit card number via e-mail, so I asked whether I could provide that over the phone instead. The person I was dealing with from their scheduling department graciously agreed and provided me with a local phone number I can call. When I called the number, however, I was immediately disconnected, so I decided to call the phone number listed on their Web site instead. This time, I did get a person who helped me finalize the appointment. This was also an opportunity for me to ask any questions. On the day of the cleaning, the cleaning lady arrived 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, but she was profusely apologetic. I honestly didn't mind, since her timing worked out for me as well. In the mass scheme of things, 10 minutes is hardly anything to quibble about, since I'm used to a usual time window of 2 hours with service people from the cable company and the like. As advised by the person I spoke with earlier from the scheduling department, I took the cleaning lady on a tour of the house and spent about 10 minutes orienting her to how I wanted things done. She spoke good English and understood me quite well based on the follow-up questions she had. The first appointment usually involves a top-down cleaning, followed by subsequent "touch-up" cleaning appointments that usually focus on a couple of areas. Just how frequent these "touch-up" cleaning appointments are spaced apart is really based on your responses to their questionnaire. The first, thorough cleaning took slightly under 8 hours. I wasn't present for the full eight hours; however, I was quite pleased with the results. The cleaning lady assigned to my home was reasonably thorough, and she did follow my instructions. I have quite a few breakables in the living room and family room, and she handled these like they were her own. I will definitely use Simply Clean and do recommend them.

Overall, this was a great company and a great experience. Working with the main office, we were able to resolve slight language difficulties with the cleaning couple that arrived. Once that was done, they worked very hard to make sure our expectations were met. There were even areas with tough, stuborn stains, such as the floor of the shower stall, that I had not been able to get clean, that they were able to get to sparkle. They showed up on time and did an outstanding job. My husband and I were both very impressed with the work they did. We also felt it was a great value for the money we spent. We HIGHLY recommend this company.

Outstanding! Everyone associated with Simply Clean is great. They are very clear in explaining the work to be accomplished, punctual in arriving, efficient and effective in their cleaning methods, and demonstrate courtesy and professionalism. Their deep cleaning service is amazing and exceeded my high expectations. I am very satisfied with their work and recommend them highly!

Galina showed up promptly at 9:00 and was an absolute joy. So sunny and smiley and that never faltered as she worked unceasingly to make my home sparkle from top to bottom. I don't know how she did it. I know I couldn't - She is incredible and the service is in incredible and I wish I could get this done every week! The cleaning products used were natural and wonderful - the same products that I buy. I can't compliment simply clean and the experience with Vavia and Galina enough. Thank you very much. I work very hard during the week and have struggled to balance that and housework. I feel like I have been given my life back... I get some time to relax now. See you next month!!!

Overall experience was great. Crew showed on time, spent a day cleaning, and left my new home in the sparkling condition. Price (quoted in advance) seemed to be a bit higher than I expected, but don't take my word for that, I don't use move-in cleaning services often.

Excellent! I called them on Monday afternoon, then I was given a questionaire via e-mail with some detailed questions in order to obtain a price estimate. I was quoted $398 for an entire day's worth of deep cleaning services. The housecleaner (Gallina) arrived promptly at 9:00 am this morning with all supplies. She was friendly and got to work immediately after I gave her a quick walk-through of the house. She was there for the entire day and did an amazing job. We were so pleased with the service and how spotless the house was when we came back. We are always so busy we don't get a chance to get to the cleaning as often as we like, not to mention deep cleaning (baseboards, blinds, window sills, door knobs, etc.). The house smelled so clean and was in immaculate condition when my family and I returned home after being away all day. One specific area we were pleasantly surprised about was that she was able to remove some hard water stains in the water area of the fridge. We had been trying to remove it for some time, so whatever she did worked! I almost don't want to touch anything right now since the house is so clean, but it will be a challenge with 2 small kids! We will definitely use this service again. The price was a little on the steeper side, but it was well worth it for the level of detailed cleaning that was done.

We used them for moving-in house cleaning. They did fantastic job, and we liked the cleaners. We now have them come on regular (every four weeks) cleaning. They are very nice people, always on time, and the quality of work continues to be great.

They are prompt, thorough, and very nice to have around. The price is a little higher than I have been charged by some other cleaning services, but the quality of their work is far superior - plus since my cleaning is every other week there is more work to do. I recommend them highly.

WOW. Nadia arrived right on time and had all her own supplies. I felt comfortable with her immediately and she went right to work. My house looks stunning. She worked for eleven hours and every surface, nook and cranny is clean. The inside of the refrigerator is sparkling. My big hairy dog's hair is gone. The house smells just great. It was definitely worth it....

We love them. They are always on time. The cleaning service is good. The management is good. The price is good. Everything is good. I would use their services again in the future.

Both coordinator and staff are very friendly and customer oriented. They work very hard to make customer happy. Very accomodating people and respectful of your belonging by treating them gently. Very punctual also! My house smell very good and clean. Love their service and nice to people to work with!
