Great! We had a problem with the door opening & closing; after inspection, Ranier Garage Door diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in under 30 minutes. They were quick, efficient, and on time.

The technician was very professional and punctual. He gave me the opportunity to try everything out before he left and I appreciated the fact that he didn't rush me, or hurry off before all my questions were answered. I thought he was very knowledgable and gave me some good tips for maintaining my garage doors. I would call Rainier again if I had another problem with my garage door.

I called around for some estimates, but wasn't expecting anything better than getting an installed unit from a hardware store. When I explained that the garage was under my son's bedroom, owner Jason Rudzinski invited me to come to their showroom to check out an extremely quiet Marantec opener. It was on my way, so I stopped by. It was very impressive, and clearly worth the extra money. The installation and cleanup happened shortly thereafter, completely painless, and very well done. Unlike the previous opener, which rattled the bedroom like a freight train, this one only had a low hum. When I followed up with Jason and mentioned the hum, he surmised that there might be a resonance with some ducting and sent his installer back out to take care of it! Definitely above and beyond the call of duty. The tech even suggested some lithium spray-on lubricant for the hinges, which nearly eliminated the non-opener related sound too. The unit itself is handsome, quiet, well-built, and has a lifetime warranty. I'm very happy I checked out his showroom.

Based on our previous work tuning an existing garage door, we knew we would use Ranier Garage Door again for installing an opener on our second garage door, which did not have one. He came out on time, and finished the work in a bit under the time he estimated. He spent the time adjusting the settings of the opener until it worked perfectly. Ranier Garage Door deserves their excellent reputation, and we couldn't be happier with the work they have done and when the time comes, look forward to working with them again!

Fabulous. We had gotten one other bid, but Rainier installer was so thorough in his inspection, noticing that one door opening did not match the other - and saying how he would install framing wood to make each side the right size for the door. Brought choices right to us, describing the benefits / costs of each. Was very aware we needed to be economical, and provided detailed estimate on the spot. He ordered the doors and two weeks later installed them - and they work just great! Not to mention the heat savings to our garage/home. Recommended him to our friends - who hired him - and were just as thrilled with their new doors! Would use Rainier again in a heartbeat!

They were very fast. He was polite. They responded within twenty four hours. We thought the rates were reasonable. I don?t have a comparison for their price. I would use their services again in the future.

Rainier came the same day. They were able to make an adjustment to my very old garage door opener, did not try to upsell me to a new system. Explained the problem well. Reasonable price. Coulnd't ask for more.

He was on time and did exactly what needed to be done in a timely manner. He explained options and was very willing for me to determine what I wanted done. He also explained that I needed to make sure my tenants did not continue to use the doors without the springs as it could overload the motor and cause it to burn out. I had not thought of that so it was a good suggestion which may save me replacing an opener in the future.

Everything was great. They had the best price, were on time for all appointments and the doors and openers are very high quality (we went for the super-quiet door openers, well worth the extra price). We really love our new doors. They even noticed that one of the panels had a small dent (which we hadn't noticed) and called us to tell us about. They ordered a new panel and came out and installed it (no charge). In my opinion, they did everything right.

I suspected our garage door spring had broken when I couldn't get the garage door to open even with the emergency handle. When Jason W. from Rainier Garage Door came out a little more than 90 days ago and replaced our Craftsman garage door opener with a Marantec garage door, he told me that based on the age of the garage door, to not be surprised if the garage door spring breaks fairly soon. He was right! The garage door spring broke just as he had predicted it would. I called Rainier Garage Door to describe the symptoms on Friday afternoon. They told me that it was, probably a broken garage door spring. They sent Jason W. out the next afternoon. He quickly determined what the problem was, gave us our different options with time estimates and costs. We decided to have him change to a better type of garage door spring that should last better and cost less to replace, when and if needed. Jason called before the scheduled time of arrival to confirm that he was coming. He arrived within the time window he had given and completed the job within the estimate he had given. He salvaged what parts he could to cut out any unnecessary expenditures. He took any metal parts that were no longer needed for recycling. He was very timely and professional.

They came when they were scheduled at 8:30 in the morning, had all materials needed, completed the job and cleared all used material away. If I hadn't met the installer as I was coming home from work and he was finishing the trim at 4:30, I never would have known he was at my house except for the beautiful new doors and efficient openers. The fact that we have all new hardware (tracks and all), insulated doors and great belt drive openers for under $3000, installed in one day, was great. I would highly recommend Rainier Garage Doors to anyone needing new doors.

Juan arrived on time and inspected the job. I asked him whether the new opener would stop the door slipping back down by several inches and he took one look at the springs and told me they were broken. (I'd had no idea). He didn't want to install the new opener with the springs in that condition, explaining how much more pressure it puts on the motor when the springs aren't doing their job properly. He spoke to Jason at the showroom and they gave me an instant estimate to replace the springs too. Juan said he would remove the old springs, return to the shop with them and then come back with new springs and install them. I thought this was excellent service, considering he was prepared to continue with the job even though it was going to take considerably longer than initially expected. He was as good as his word and returned in an hour. He installed the new springs, the new opener, tightened up and lubricated all the moving parts on the garage door itself, installed a keyless entry on the outside, programmed the remotes and even programmed the door opener button in my car. The whole job took about 4 hours but it was worth it. I didn't have to wait around for him to come back another time. He explained that the door would run even quieter if we had the rollers replaced with silicone coated ones, but he wasn't pushy about having it done. I would definitely have them come back again and would recommend their service to others without hesitation.

My problem was solved and my expectations were met. I will call them again when I have my next garage door issue!

Extremely professional from start to finish. Saw the problems and needed parts (new wheels, new pully) and did not try to sell me on any unnecessary parts (said the springs were a little uneven but good tension to hold the door, and that the doors, though old, were in great condition and only should be replaced if we don't like their look or style). They charge a flat trip fee, which also covers the first 30 minutes of service (Ranier Door is very clear about this, so I knew in advance), and he said the work could be done within that time, and it was! Very patient and informative, answering all my questions very well. The estimate given on new opener installation was very fair, and when we decide to do that we will definitely use Ranier Door again!

Service was great. Jason W. was very informative and friendly. Had to have a couple call backs to tighten the springs due to the heaviness of the door during damp weather. They came out promptly at no charge. Jason is a Phillies fan which is an added plus. Sorry it took so long for me to post this.

Our old opener was overdue for replacement. Rainier's showroom has several models to choose from, including a whisper-quiet, high-end opener made in Germany. We opted for a mid-priced unit that was installed efficiently and on time. We're quite happy with it and the service provided by Rainier Garage Door.

We came home from a vacation, and our Garage door opener, the chain had fallen off the mechanism that opens the garage door. Called Rainier based on rating and ad in Angie list publication I had just received. They came out promptly the next morning first thing. He spent an hour trying to repair it, and discovered an internal part was defective and that make of garage door opener is no longer manufactured, so no parts are available. He gave me a choice of opening the door manually, and simply charging me for the visit or replace it. The cost was fair, and he did not charge me for the hour struggle he had trying to fix the old one. He had it all replaced and working in another hour. I would use them again!
