Description of Work: Our roof is steeper than most. Instead of sending me away, Andy, the owner, has cleaned our roof for a few years. The cost includes cleaning and moss control. The clean up afterward was amazing. You won't even know they were here except for a clean roof. We are definitely happy with his service.

Description of Work: While I liked the front end of this business, I did have to ask the guys to redo most of the work. I was actually surprised that they felt the first pass was "good enough" when still extremely dirty, mildew, grime, cob webs left on window sills. Fortunately, guys were nice enough to redo without much fuss but if I had not been there to oversee, the quality would have been extremely poor and thus I would not use this firm again nor recommend them. I expect things to be done right the first time and I'm fairly easy going. I also don't feel adults need to be supervised and expect experts in any field to do a quality job.

Description of Work: They are very efficient, right on time, and they work very quickly. There were a couple of cases where they didn’t get the windows as clean as we like, but over all the work was alright.

Description of Work: I had all my windows and screens washed inside and out. They also pressure washed driveway, walkways and paver patio. They did a fantastic job. I can't say enough of how professional everyone was starting with Andy who, at my request, dropped by to look at what I wanted him to do. He is terrific. The two young men who did the work were fantastic also. They were very professional at all times. Went about doing the work and doing it very well. They cleaned everything up and when they left our place looked great. I am very pleased with the great service from everyone involved. I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: We had Pro Care power wash the entire exterior of our condominium complex. They did a fantastic job and were very professional. Will definitely us them again.

Description of Work: Washed our windows. Did a pretty good job but was done on 12/31 and two guys on crew took some shortcuts to get started on their New Years.

Description of Work: We had them perform a long list of things on our house - and they did a fantastic job on every one of them. They cleaned the roof, windows, patio, driveway, front porch, and gutters. The also did a moss treatment on the roof. They did great.

Description of Work: The company got back to me promptly, (appreciated), and I also asked about windows. However, we had our moss treated by another company the same way, and a couple of years later, the moss is still there, in a nasty brown form. Not wanting the same again, I cancelled at this point.

Description of Work: I emailed Andy last night to see if he would do a 'small' job pressure washing the moss off the north side of my house. He called me today and had a crew right near me. He said 'absolutely!' would he do a small job (I reminded him that I had used him before :) ). His two guys showed up in about 2 minutes (literally). They made sure I knew they were there, we looked at what I wanted done and they got to work. When they were done, they had me look at their work to make sure I was satisfied. I SO recommend Pro Care and Andy Pack, owner. Awesome company. Used them twice and they got an A from me both times. If you need pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning done, I highly suggest you use Pro Care. Make sure you tell them you heard about it on Angie's List!

Description of Work: I am a Real Estate Broker and needed windows cleaned on a 1925 home in Seattle before listing it. Pro Care returned my calls and even had someone come on out a Saturday to clean the windows inside and out. Pro Care understood that we had to sequence all of the preparation tasks to get the home ready to list quickly. They were prompt and very reasonably priced... and very honest. The house has several storm windows that had been installed a long time ago. Pro Care shared that the cost to remove would be extensive given the quantity and challenge of removing them. At the end, the owner decided to retain the storm windows and Pro Care did the best they could.
