Description of Work: Very professional team of 3 came and cleaned the windows on my large 2-story home. They brushed off the screens and put them back in place and made sure that the frames were clean of any dirty wash water.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on time, got right to work after a quick recheck on what exactly was to be done. They added the brick patio to the original quote for a very reasonable fee. It took them longer to do the job than they expected so they needed to take a quick break after lunch to complete a small job that had been promised that afternoon at a specific time, before a business closed. They finished all the work they said they'd do, and everything looked much better.

The quality of his work is very high, and he has good communication skills. The only negative is price, as he is a fair amount higher than others we have used. I just noticed on the Angie's website that he offers a $25 discount for users like ourselves, but he did not offer this to us, unfortunately.
Description of Work: Cleaned the windows in our house inside and out. It is a three-story house with a fair number of windows.

+ 1 moreAndy is the only guy we use when we need to tidy up our homes. He has worked on both houses on multiple occasions and is very detailed about the work he does. I'd say he's a perfectionist. After we painted our interior and exterior of our 3000 sq ft house, he came through and cleaned the paint off the windows (a task I thought was impossible). He also cleaned our large deck, fence and complete brick driveway and it looked new when he was done. Our windows are also very large 7 x 4, he was motivated to get the job done and get it done right. I'd recommend Andy hands down, not just for the quality of work but also for the very fair price we are quoted. If your looking for someone to get the job done Andy is a go to guy.

+ 0 moreI can not say enough good things about Pro-Care. Andy is very good about returning your phone calls, and I have never had to wait longer than a few days to have my windows cleaned. Give Andy a call, I know you will be pleased!
Description of Work: I have used Pro-Care to have my windows cleaned for the last three years (twice a year). This is a great company! I have a huge house (split level) with windows that are very big and also very high up and hard to reach. Andy makes our windows sparkle. He is a great worker to have in your home. He does an excellent job cleaning the windows inside and out along with the screens. I never have water drops on the window sills or streaks on my windows. Other window washers I have used in the past do not seem to care about the quality of work, but not Andy. After he cleans all of the windows, he then takes the time to walk around the house with you so the customer can check the windows for spots of water or streaks. I have also used Pro-Care to pressure wash our driveway and walkways. Again, it's always an outstanding job. I have recommended Pro-Care to many of my friends and neighbors, and all have been very pleased with his work and have hired Andy for repeat business!
