In setting up the appointment, I spoke with Andy the owner and he was very responsive in getting back to me with the estimate and setting up a date for the services to be performed. He sent over some people who did not do a complete job since I have multiple pitches on my roof and the initial team did not get to them all. I called Andy with the issue and he himself came the very next day and completed all the work to my satisfaction.

Great, great, great! We have used them for pressure washing every spring. They move the furniture on the patio and even the outdoor rug. They got all the moss on the driveway and around our trellis posts. No spot unturned. Best of all, our landscaping was unscathed. No puddles or muck on the garage doors. Clean, fresh and sparkling and they did it all while I was away for the day. Great to come home to a fresh new look. Oh, about the price - we have a lot of hard surfaces on a large lot, plus our dock so the price is more than fair.

We called Andy and he came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate. Our house is tall with several levels and not easily accessible. He was fast and professional, and our roofs and gutters were fine for the winter. Plan to use Pro Care again and would recommend to anyone.

Andy provided a very reasonable cost estimate on the phone and dispatched a 4-person crew to clean our roof, gutters, and windows. The window cleaning was done expretly. We had a small communication issue regarding roof cleaning, because we asked the crew member to be careful around the skylights, and that person just left the areas around the skylights untouched. We discovered the missed areas shortly after the cleaning crew left and asked Andy to finish the job in these areas. We also noticed that some of the debris blown from the roof wasn't collected in the yard waste per our directions. Andy returnted the same day and personally corrected these issues. Although we would have preferred to have the job done perfectly from the start, we truly appreciated Andy's willingless to make things right without delay.

It went well. My roof looks good. The quote was over the phone, and they kept their bid. they were quick and trustworthy.

I did go up on the roof to inspect their work. They did a great job overall. The roof looks great. They did a great job cleaning up all the moss that fell to the ground and covered the deck. The gutters were cleaned out and the driveway looks great. The found a wasp nest under the eves and sprayed it at no extra charge.

I will put them on my list to call to have the work done. Very professionalism!

Pro Care got the windows absolutely spotless and the price for our daylight basement home (with multiple picture windows) seems like a steal. Only negatives: 1. Many of the removed stickers were left lying around the house/yard for us to clean up. 2. They didn't remove paint from the window frames (but they told us up front that this was not a service they provide).

I was very pleased with the work. They were on time, professional, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

I was very happy with the overall experience. The work was completed earlier than estimated. Pressure wash of stamped concrete did not make a huge difference, so Andy gave me a discount. Pressure wash of deck took longer than estimated, but did not charge more than estimated. Very professional. Would use ProCare again.

Pro Care responded quickly to my contact form request and I got an appointment within 10 days. They did a fantastic job on my windows - they are so clean that you can hardly tell that there is glass in them. The whole house is brighter because of it. I recommend Pro Care for cleaning your windows.

These guys are super busy. However, they agreed to fit us in if scheduled jobs finished early. It took them two visits, but they cleaned our gutters and washed our windows 2 weeks earlier than they said they could otherwise. It worked out great.

Andy and crew arrived on time, they worked quietly and finished quickly. They put all furniture back and left everything as they found it. I really appreciated not having to move things around for them. They were totally professional.

We are very pleased with Pro Care's work. Andy and crew showed up on time, worked quickly and effciently. Very careful on interior work. Windows look great!! After cleaning the gutters, they cleaned up the oversplash around the outside of the house. Great attention to detail. Highly recommended!!

I emailed PRO CARE about two weeks ago asking for an estimate. Andy was quick to reply and came to our home to prepare an estimate. After receiving his bid we made an appointment for the following week and Andy showed up with another gentlemen promptly at the appointed time. They immediately began working and checked with me a couple of times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They finished in a few hours and cleaned up before they went to the next job. We had quite a downpour shortly after they left and I noticed some gutters were overflowing. I got in touch with Andy and he immediately responded promising to send someone this morning to check on the problem. His employee came this morning, discovered the problem and promptely corrected it. He billed me through email and we mailed his check the next day. This was a painless, pleasant experience working with Andy and his helpers, each of whom was personable, polite and thoroughly professional. The cost was reasonable and comparable with other bids we received. As long as Andy Pack and the current employees are part of PRO CARE I would recommend their work with enthusiasm and without hesitation.

They did a good job and they were reasonable to deal with.

They were excellent. One guy who runs the company, came down with an assistant. They came when they said they would, did the job and were extremely reasonably priced. They were very nice and we were very pleased. I'm planning to use them again in future.

I've had Pro Care out a couple of times since orginially using them in 2009. Each time has been a great experience. Andy and his team was very prompt and professional. Outstanding service and quality!!!

It was clear from the outset that these folks were trustworthy and knew what they were doing. They were friendly and polite and we were comfortable giving them the space to do their work without feeling the need to micromanage what they were doing. While they were working we asked they to add in a couple of French doors and an interior window on the second floor of our entry way, which they did for a few dollars more. As they were winding up, Andy went around and double checked that everything got done that we asked them to do. We have arranged to use Procare on a continuing basis.

They were really excellent and we plan on having them come out in the spring to pressure wash the side of the house. It took them less time to do the gutters then we thought, so they did a little bit of extra work. They are very fair on their bid. We were very happy with them.

He does wonderful window washing, gutter cleaning and roof cleaning! I'll absolutley continue to use him as needed in the future and have even referred him to my friends who have also used him! His prices are very reasonable and that's why I'll continue to use him.

They are excellent, just outstanding. They are very responsive, reasonably priced and skilled. I would highly recommend them!

It's a small operation, it's only one guy but he's very reasonable & I've used him two times now. He's up front and has a good price. I would definitely recommend him.

I called Pro Care last week and we traded phone calls for a few days. Andy called me on a Sunday evening and we were able to schedule window cleaning for the following day. They came on time, were very polite and professional, and cleaned all of my windows perfectly, inside and out. I will definitely use this company again.

The day I called Andy and left a message, he returned my call later in the day. I asked him to stop by and give me an estimate for washing my house, not realizing his company did windows and gutters. I actually was looking for general pressure washing services. I was very happy to receive an estimate that included the washing of the house, windows and gutters. I had to delay his services as I wanted to get some siding fixed before he came to do the work. I called approximately 3 weeks later and scheduled a day to accommodate my schedule. Again, he promptly returned my call that day. He and his 2 man crew came by at 09:00, as scheduled, and set up to do work. We did a walk around the house as I wanted to make sure they understood what I needed. I did not want a "strong" pressure wash that might knock the paint off, just enough to remove the mildew and green haze found on some of the sides. I did not realize that the window cleaning included cleaning from the inside, so I was not prepared and asked they only clean the windows from the outside. They took care not to blast any paint off and actually scrubbed many sections to get the house clean. They proceeded to clean the gutters to remove the dirt build up and green haze and cleaned the 35 or so windows. All the work took about 4 hrs. The workers were very polite and responsive. Customer service seems to be top priority with this company and I do not believe anyone would be disappointed in their work or fees.
