I was pleased with the work they did and the price I paid. In addition, they blew off my driveway which was covered with debris from the recent storm.

He arrived and went to work of setting up and getting up on the roof and pressure cleaning. When he had finished the used a blower to remove the stuff that fell to the ground and deck.

Our home was just painted and we wanted to have our windows cleaned before we reattached our storm windows. The area around our home is somewhat challenging since our neighbors live close by and there's a bit of a slope on one side. That didn't seem to pose a problem at all! He diligently began work on time in the morning and my husband had a pleasant conversation with him to start off the day. They sent us an accurate estimate and honored a coupon even though we left it out for them the day of service. We would be more than happy to hire them again.

On Monday, October 3, Benj and Chris arrived at 9:00 AM. They were both very friendly, polite and they listened to all of my concerns about the mess that would be left. I have a light colored deck that runs the length of one side of the house. It?s cedar and I didn?t want moss to be filling the cracks between the board, so I offered to put a large tarp down to cover it. They helped me lay it out. They went to work, nonstop for approx. 7 hours. When they finished pressure washing all of the surfaces and the gutters, there was moss everywhere. I had visions of a big mess, but when they were through, everything looked great. There was some moss still left in the flower beds, in the gravel and on the lawn, but the deck was clean, the tarp was washed and folded, and all concrete walkways were cleaner than when they started. They also cleaned any moss that was on my two Stucco Chimneys. There were two tiles that were broken in the process, but they were replaced before they left.

From the initial phone contact to the billing process, Pro Care was absolutely the best! Professional, punctual, and very competent. Worker went out of his way to scrape paint from a nasty skylight till we both (he and I!) were satisfied. We even got a follow-up phone call (same day of service!) to check on customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

The first employee arrived in a timely fashion and said he had to be done by noon for a meeting. Later 2 recruits arrived to do the windows as the guy doing the power washing was having difficulty completing the job. Overall they did a good job, but weren't able to complete the work (which was now close to 1:30). The window guys were great, but I think the guy on pressure washing was using to much power and washed the wood decks against the grain of the wood. :-(( The concrete and asphalt were also overdone as rocks of asphalt and concrete were all over the side and he didn't get the side deck completed. I will have them back to complete the job, but I have not received an invoice for the work so I can not comment on the price. My jury is still out... Since then, I spoke to Andy, the owner and he and one of his coworkers came out, evaluated the situation, redid the decks, the lower windows and asked me to call in the spring if there was still a problem with the deck when we started to stain it. They worked hard to improve the situation and overall I was very happy with their work and wanting to make us happy. I will call them again for sure!

Could not have went better. Benj was on time. He and his assistant got righft to work and did a super good, professional job. My fence and gutters are white now and the house looks great. I am so happy with their work, I will definitey use them again. Thank you ProCare and Thank you Angie's List.

I contacted ProCare to get an estimate on roof cleaning. They responded to me with an estimate the next day. I provided details of our roof including approximate sq. footage. Our roof is very easy to access and work on - it's almost flat. ProCare estimated that the work would entail approx. 1 day - 8 hours. It took less than 5 hours to clean our roof. So I was a little confused about the price - but I didn't ask either. I was quoted $500.00 and that's how much I paid. The young man that cleaned our roof was on time, very clean, nice, and professional. I would use this company again.

Andy's team showed up on time and did a great job of cleaning the windows inside and out. The cost was in line with the estimate. We'll be calling them next time we're in need of any of the services that Pro Care offers.

I'm impressed by they level of dedication and detail they exhibited, as well as their promptness, speed and polite, professional demeanor. I'm totally satisfied by the job they've done, and can honestly say that they exceed my expectations (a true rarity, despite what most businesses claim). I absolutely intend to use them again in the future, and wholeheartedly recommend to them to family and friends.

Excellent crew and excellent results. The work was completed very professionally, on time and on budget. Our house is three stories on the east end; two stories above ground on west end. The two-person crew decided to remove the roof moss by hand instead of pressure washing in order to prevent splattering onto our neighbor's house. (Good decision!) Our windows are now spotless, our gutters are clean and the moss is gone. Andy, the owner, stopped in while the crew was working. While here, he raised the end of a third-story gutter, caulked the end-cap and installed bird-spikes to the top of the gutter. Will use them again.

The crew arrived on time, did a wonderful job and when finished, went back and double checked all their work.

A very pleasant experience. I knew what to expect from all the other reviews on Angie's List and from reading his website. Andy was prompt in calling me back and scheduled me for the next day. His worker Aaron was on time and professional. I had asked them to see if they could remove the sediment and slime buildup and they were supposed to towel out the gutters twice. They did a good job. If I was doing the job on my own home I would have made sure they were spotless, but I was satisfied with the results. The price paid includes my Angie's List discount. I plan to call Pro Care to do my windows and gutters next time.

Pro Care did a great job washing my windows and skylights inside and out plus powerwashing my driveway. They were on time and very professional. Will definately have them back again.

The overall experience was exceptional. The work was completed in a timely manner and two windows were redone without any hesitation. I already hired them for bi monthly service.

Andy scheduled appointment over the phone and came on time to give a price. $210 and I also ask 25$ angies coupon. Setup cleaning service date and cleaning people came in on time to do the job. He is very responsive, very polite and professionale...After the work is done, Andy called for my feedback to see whether I am happy to the job or not and email me the bill (that's great) . Definitely will use procare later and recommend to my friends.

used angieslist to find the right contractor for my project, they contaced me within the day and gave me a verbal estimate over the phone. the price was right and was able to schedule the work to be done in a couple days after.

Andy was very responsive on the telephone when he set up the date for cleaning and gave me an estimate based on what I represented to hi. Two of his people came on time to clean the windows. They got right to work and completed the job quickly and without incident, even climbing ladders to reach the top floor on the outside. They were very efficient - I didn't even know they had left until my cleaning person told me they were gone. They took care not to let my animals out of the house. In the five years I have lived in Seattle no one has done such a spectacular job on my windos. It's a delight to see outside again and, as I reported to Andy, ProCare is the only company I will use in the future to clean my windows.

They did an excellent job! The pressure washed areas look amazing, as well as the windows. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent. I contacted on the website and had a prompt response. Spoke to them to book the final dates and they were in and out on the date and times they stated. I will be using them again.

Overall, we felt ProCare was very responsive, professional, and well priced. They did a great job of clearing the moss on both the house and garage. After they left, however, we noticed the outside of one of the downspouts was muddy. When we got our ladder out and cleaned it it off, we discovered the downspout was completely clogged near the top. Since we already had the ladder out, we cleared it ourselves. We mentioned this to Andy via e-mail, and he responded saying he knows issues come up occasionally and he was sorry we happened to be on the end of one. He said he would have come back to fix the problem, and I believe he would have.

Pro Care cleaned the film off the one window that was dirty. The time that he came was to just give me an estimate but he helped me out so that I could make sure that the film would come off the window. It is worth it to get a quote from them and their price was reasonable.

The came out and did an estimate. Then they scheduled the work. The worker that did the work came out and did one and then came to the other residence to complete it.

Work was performed carefully and thoroughly. I had mentioned specific areas where they needed to be careful about gutter debris getting on patio furniture, and they were mindful of it. They used a combination of air blow-out and hand extraction to perform the work with minimal mess on the surroundings.
