We have used Pro Care for all our window washing and roof/gutter cleaning for about 8 years. They are prompt, professional and reasonably priced. We have a large home with allot of windows, intricate leaded glass, french doors and skylights. Andy and his crew have always paid close attention to detail. I would highly recommend Pro Care.

I felt much better getting someone from Angie's List to do this work that we had put off for years. I didn't want my husband up on the roof. So when I got a book of Angie's Lists best services, I immediately called Pro Care. I received a return call in a short period of time. I went online and filled out a form to get an estimate on their services. SUGGESTION--count your window PANES before entering # for an accurate quote. After submitting the form, I got a written estimate within hours. A quick phone call to set up the service and we now have the cleanest roof(s), windows and gutters in the neighborhood!

I have had windows, gutters and power washing on my "to do" list for a couple of months now. In-laws are coming into town and I didn't even think about attempting this in time. ProCare called me Wednesday to see if I needed anything done this fall (I am a repeat happy customer). Indeed I did - and they fit me in Friday morning! Mission accomplished! The guys arrived on time, were polite and in good humor, graciously did the inside of my windows first so I could uncrate the dogs in the house. They worked hard all morning and finished the job by noon. Did a great job!

We needed moss removed from our roof quickly as a condition for selling our house. Pro Care gave us a great bid...about half of what another company wanted to charge. They were out to our house within a few days and had the job done. This price was for moss removal only.

Initially contacted Pro-care along with several other roof cleaning companies. Most gave bids over the phone by looking at the roof through google maps or zillow. Their bid was not the lowest cost but since they offered underground downspout drain clearing, we decided to give them a try. Crew arrived on time and immediately set-up and began cleaning the roof and gutters. Most of the job was done with a leaf blower but they did use a pressure washer where needed. The attempt at clearing the downspout drains was only partially successful but the additional cost was minimal and certainly worth the effort. Upon completion, I was walked through what had been done. Informed about which of the downspouts had been cleared and which were to clogged for their equipment to clear successfully. I was asked to review their work prior to the crew leaving to ensure that the roof, gutter and debris clean-up were satisfactory. They were very professional with services completed in a reasonable time.

My experience with Pro Care was great. I hate to admit it but I had not had my windows cleaned in over 2 years so you can imagine how bad they were. The young man from Pro Care came to my house on time and performed a quality job. He was personable, professional and efficient. My windows look fantastic. I will definitely use and recommend Pro Care in the future.

Great experience! Andy was able to give me a quote over the phone and schedule the work around some other work we were having done at the time. His employee, Benj, showed up on time and did a wonderful and thorough job. He gave me some advice about roof maintenance, and was nice enough to do some extra moss treatment on our chimney while he was on the roof. Great experience all around. I'll definitely use them again.

Everything went seamlessly well. I was impressed by the cleanness of the job, when I used other gutter cleaning companies before there was always dirt left on the ground. I would definitely recommend Pro Care.

They were fine and did a good job. I was happy with their service. I have used them several times. I use them on yearly basis to do my house. They could probably give a little better price.

They were one of the lower bids. When we presented the choices to our HOA, we did go with a different company. They were very nice.

They were very careful to use only the level of pressure washing that would not cause damage. We have Pennsylvania blue slate patio and front walk. If you were to use an intense pressure washing it would break the slate. They told me what they were doing and why they were doing it. They did a good job. The same with the deck; we have an iron wood deck. They told us that they wouldn’t be able to get all of the stain out by pressure washing because iron wood holds the stain. They did give us suggestions on how we could remove the stain. The roof is very steep. We did not want the pressure washing done on the roof because it would damage the roof. They did it all by hand and they did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and all of the moss.

The owner gave me a bid via email based on the number of windows we have and the square footage of the house for the gutter portion of the job. His team came out as planned and cleaned out the gutters as well as the windows inside and out. The only issue was that one of the guys cleaning out the gutters had taken debris and thrown it around our yard about 10 yards from where he was working. I told the owner and he offered to come out and clean up the debris. I would work with them again.

I called and made an appointment with Andy Pack for his crew to come out and perform the requested cleaning. The crew was professional, competent, and were really nice. Since they were fitting us into their existing appointments, they did the work Tuesday PM, Wednesday PM, and Andy himself came out and finished up on Thursday AM. While they couldn't get to all of our roof (some parts are really, really steep), they were able to get about 95% of it clean. The pressure washing left a couple stripes in the front, but when I pointed this out to the crew, they cheerfully re-did the work 'till it met with my satisfaction. The windows are now sparkling clean - I didn't realize how grimy they were 'till Andy and his crew cleaned them. These guys were exceptionally easy to work with, fair in their pricing, and satisfied my picky nature - they did a great job. I've already recommended them to a realtor friend as an excellent "go-to" service that really delivers, and will personally use their services again.

Andy sent his team out promptly after contacting me with the estimate and me agreeing to his price. The guys did a great job and left the place sparkling! Chris, who cleaned the windows, was very courteous and it wasn't awkward at all having him in and out while he cleaned the windows. All in all, I would highly recommend them both for service and price.

I used these guys last year and everything looked so great I used them again. They did just as great of a job as I remembered. I called Tuesday to schedule. Andy called back right away and scheduled for Thursday. They show up on time, work quickly and efficiently do a thorough job and exceed expectations. I'll be calling them again next year.

This company is outstanding. I received a call from the owner within two hours of purchasing the coupon on Angie's List. He came out that afternoon to look at the job and had one of his crew start that day on the driveway and completed the roof the next day. They were thorough and the clean up was awesome.! Everyone involved in the job was professional, courteous and did an amazing job cleaning my moss-laden roof and driveway. I recommend them highly and will definitely use them again.

This is the second time we've hired Pro Care and we had the same professional and courteous service as when we had our windows washed. The roof looks great and they cleaned off the surrounding area below the roof as well. My parents are in need of some of Pro Care’s services and I didn’t hesitate to recommend them.
