They did this by blowing the accumulated decaying plant matter out of the gutters with no regard to what it fell on. This included patio furniture which was stained by their work.

We emailed for an estimate and they got back to us within a couple of hours. After providing them with more information, they were able to schedule an appointment for three days later. The guy (I didm;t get his name) came right on time, even about 15 minutes early to set up. He was friendly, courteous and did a great job. He was careful and notified me whenever he noticed something that could potentially cause a problem. As for the price, I'm not sure if that;s high or not but it seems fair to us, especially since it needed it pretty bad. Our house looks almost completely new. I'd highly recommend them.

Very accommodating with their schedule. They were very busy, but said they would try hard to see if an opening would come up on their schedule. It did, they came out and did an excellent job. Very clean afterwards around the job site. Would not have known they had been doing gutter work, except that the next rain storm, no overflow! Highly recommend.

Andy's team did a very nice job cleaning my windows. They were responsive, professional, and on-time. I have a very large sunroom, glass deck railings, and glass roofing over the walkway to the front door. All of this makes for a challenging project. Although Andy underestimated the time to complete the project a little, he held the charges to the original bid, and let me know what the cost will be for next time. I plan on using their service again.

Provider arrived on schedule, was easy to talk to and work with. They cleaned the roof as requested. We also asked them to remove moss from the roof. They applied a white powder which appeared to make the moss die back a bit but it quickly returned - moss treatment did not work at all. I would use them again for general roof cleaning but not moss treatment.

We have used this company before and they are THE BEST. Andy makes sure everything is completed to your satisfaction, every crew member is polite and professional and the company is easy to contact by phone or e-mail. This is our go-to company for pressure washing, window washing and gutter cleaning.

It went very well. Office was responsive in answering questions and scheduling appointment. Crew of three was on time, polite, efficient, and easy to have around. I especially appreciated that before they were officially finished, one person went through the house carefully and make sure the windows were cleaned well and all the screens were back in place. I was happy with both the price and the quality of service.

I'm so disappointed, mostly because this is my fourth year using Andy and this year was so bad I just don't want them out again. In the past Andy had been personally present. This year just two of his guys showed up... late. They lacked the attention to detail they had in previous years (missed some walkways, it wasn't as well done, and they splattered the house so bad during the pressure washing that I had to go wash the side of the house after they left) I wrote andy a note and told him of the quality of the job, he asked for more details or if they could come back out to fix it (which was nice), but I'd already cleaned the house off myself by the time I gave him the feedback so I left it be. Less than three months later... after a terrible storm, a large stretch of my gutters fell from the house in the middle of the night. we inspecected the problem and found the gutters were full of crud! They could not have been cleaned. I suspected that the roof treatment didn't happen, but I didn't have any evidece because I wasn't watching their work, but if they even attempted to clean the gutter they did a crap job. So basically I paid about 220 for gutter cleaning that I dont think happened and now I need to repair my gutters too.

As soon as the nice weather arrived in Kirkland to stay--about the middle of June, I tried to get my "usual" window cleaner to come. But they were booked until the end of July and I had company coming. So I checked Angie's list. Found Pro-Care, and they at first said that they could send someone in a week, but put me on an "ASAP wait list" in case they got a cancellation. Later that day, they called to say "It's your lucky day!" They sent Fletcher out, and he did the whole job--cleaned gutters, washed windows inside and out. Perfect.

They showed up when they said they would and did what they came to do. It turned out well.

Andy came to make sure all things were in order for the large and complex job to all be done in one day. He showed up on time, with a very courteous and professional crew. They performed the work efficiently, effectively, neatly. They were also safety conscious. They performed the work without harming my landscaping. Our windows and screens have never been cleaner. Very very impressed with the quality of the pressure washing and the equipment they brought in to do the job! Highly recommend. We will use them again!

The work was very good - excellent, in fact. When they missed one spot, the owner came out himself and fixed it! They were extremely nice. I have a difficult house - high ceilings, multi-paned windows, and odd shaped windows -and they nailed the washing of each of those windows.

The service was very good. The person doing the work was very thorough and I felt he did a good job. He was conscientious and seemed to be cleaning the windows well. I tried to hire them again the next year but they were busy.

They were patient and kind and they were responsive to my emails, my questions. They pressure washed everything in our yard: fence, walk way, balcony, scraped the roof, cleaned the gutter, etc. They got our house ready to go on the market and it looked perfect!
