Pro Care just cleaned our windows and they did a fantastic job! They managed to work us into their schedule at the last minute and have been great to work with throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.

We've hired Pro Care once a year over the last three to pressure wash our vinyl membrane deck. They always do a much better job than we can scrubbing with a brush or with a wimpy "homeowner" pressure washer.

Excellent, very well. Estimate had been that it might take two days, but Curtis showed up on time and worked very **** ** a hot day and finished it in one day, with thus less disruption to our lives as a result. He was polite, cheerful, attentive, and did great work. Very happy with the result.

The cleaner came on time as scheduled and started first on cleaning the roof. He noticed that our gutters were also dirty so brought that to our attention but we thanked him and explained that we were getting new gutter so to leave them. He did a terrific job cleaning the moss off the composite roof and applied the moss treatment. He then cleaned all of my exterior windows. It looks absolutely wonderful. He did a great job cleaning up after he was through. I will definitely have him back next year and recommend Pro Care Inc to my friends!

It went really well. Andy came out himself to do the work. He went above and beyond expectations. He's a really nice young gentleman.

I wholeheartedly recommend ProCare and have sent several friends to them for both gutter cleaning and window washing. We own and rent the house next door, and the gutters and windows are very high up, so this is not a job for the average homeowner. For several years now ProCare has been coming and I am completely happy. They are great with customer service basics--good communication, coming when they say they'll come, etc--but more than that the guys are so thoughtful and do a wonderful job. They listen to my concerns about various areas where leaves and dirt gather and meticulously take care of every detail. I am completely happy and recently went onto their "automatic recall" plan where they schedule the services and just let you know about it and bill your credit card. Their prices are reasonable--not the cheapest around but understandable given the amount of time--and they are overall very responsive and obviously value their customers.

The people who work for ProCare always show up when they say they will and they all take pride in their work. My windows sparkle after they are done cleaning them. They also clean each and every window screen. I have also had ProCare wipe down the outside of my gutters to remove all of the run off from the winter rain. I have recommended ProCare to a lot of friends and neighbors, and each and every referral have been more than pleased with the work that ProCare provides. Give ProCare a try, you will be very pleased !

Those guys were fabulous. They charged $199 for the stairs, the deck and it looks brand sparkling new. I will call them next spring.

I called the listed number several times but always got a recording. If I had them do work and something was not right it might be difficult to get it resolved. I would have preferred a N/A option on the overall rating since it was my choice in what I expect in communicating with a company.

The price was reasonable and I think it was a fair price for upstairs and down stairs exterior windows. We liked the work and they finished in a good time. He was very good at being professional. He was very courteous. He went right to work and finished in good time. I will probably use him again. I don?t have anything to compare it to because I had not have many experiences with window washers. I am happy with it. There is no perfection in things so I don't give straight "A's". But it was well done for the time spent.

Andy and his team did a very good job! 1. Easy to communicate. I requested a quote online and Andy got back to me in a day. Throughout the whole time he talked to me often to make sure they do exactly what needed to be done. 2. Very affordable, I had a chance to compare with other companies. 3. Very very good job! We bought our home recently and it looked like the windows have never been washed before. Now they are sparkling clean and we can finally see through them. Our fence and the balcony look like new. The power washing of the siding also prepared us for some touch up painting. Very happy. Next fall no searching for someone to wash our windows. We will contact Andy again.

Their service was great. It took a lot of time to do it but they were thorough. It was in the price range they told me it would be.

Great communication with Andy from beginning to end. He sent two guys who arrived promptly and worked hard through pretty cold weather. They had great attention to detail (and my windows were pretty dirty), were careful when inside the house, and were accommodating with the order I asked them to do the windows (inside-outside-inside). Some of the windows are three stories up and trickier to get to--they didn't seem to have any problems. At the end they checked their work and touched a few things up for me. All in all, these guys are really easy to work with, trustworthy, competent and professional. Chose them because of all the great reviews on Angie's List and they definitely live up.

The service works out great. They are reasonably priced, I have recommended them to my neighbors and friends. The workers are always clean, professional and I feel comfortable having them in my house. He does send you reminders but does not push you at all. He is a great person that gives back to the community.

My roof was never cleaner. They did an exquisite, detailed job, and perfectly scrubbed every square inch, cleaned gutters, and then picked up every piece of debris around the house. It took a few hours, but the end result is great.

They were awesome! Showed up on time and did everything. My windows are a challenge to clean because I have decorative wrought iron security bars on the outside. I also have a vinyl fence that runs the length of the property. Pro Care did a fantastic job on everything. My windows sparkle as does the house. Pro Care was careful to work around all of my 'yard art' and patio decorations. They are super professional.

Great job! They arrived on time, got right to work and when they were done, it looked fabulous. They washed all the windows in the house, including a skylight and a very high window in a cathedral ceiling. They used their special power washer to clean the back patio. I have a small power washer and it just doesn't work as well as the pro version they have. I'm giving them an A- because they missed a couple of windows in the back. These windows have curtains so I didn't notice right away.

They did a fine job and we had no problems. We would use them again in the future.

One thing I love about working with ProCare is the convenience. I work long hours and making phone calls during the work day isn't always easy to do. I've scheduled to have my roof and gutters cleaned multiple times without ever having to make a phone call, meet someone in person, or be at my house. They've always been able to squeeze me in within a reasonable time frame, they do great work, and they send me an invoice via email so I can drop payment in the mail. Highly recommended for folks looking for convenient services.

Pro Care was heavily booked for May weekdays but Andy was able to schedule us for a Saturday am appointment and they got the entire job done in one day with 2 Techs working. What was really great was that Pro Care had the right kind of equipment to get the sports court/patio cleaned as well as cleaning our private road which needs a special type of pressure washer. In the past we have had people try to clean the asphalt road and they have tried to use a regular pressure washer like the ones you can buy at your local hardware store - these machines just aren't capable handling this type of job. Andy and his crew were courteous and worked diligently throughout the day to get everything moss free and looking good for spring/summer!

They do a good job. We always used them for window cleaning. They are tidy, punctual, and friendly. We would use them in the future.
