We initially had Tiby come out to provide a bid for tile work in our master bath and kitchen. From the very beginning he was extremely kind and responsive whether it be via email or phone. He was so flexible with our ever changing schedule and he always made me feel at ease if I had a question. He was the first one in our remodel process that made me feel as though he understood the stress of our project and never made us feel rushed. These guys know what they are doing and their price is fair! We were so happy with his work we had him come back to do even more in our basement. Overall, we are so pleased with the great customer service and beautiful work! We are planning to have him back for our next project and have already referred him to family. I would like to share my amazing experience on the project completed by Tiberius, owner of company G&T Tile. He is a thorough professional and take pride in his work. He was always prompt in his response, project was completed in time, clean up done every day and the final results were great! He is very easy to work with, answered all my concerns. I had to change appointments twice as my tenant was not able to move out in time. Both the times Tiberius accommodated. After the project was complete and the contractor paid, I called Tiberius twice - once to drill a hole in the new tile (not confident to do it myself) and another time when my shower installer suggested I adjust one tile, which was not aligned. It was a pleasant surprise when both times Tiberius came up and happily completed the job. I even offered to pay him for his extra trips and he politely declined! WoW ! I will recommend him to all my friends and hire him again. Couldn't have been happier with his work and excellent customer service!

Tiberius was so great to work with! We needed some tile work done ASAP and he was able to come out and give us a bid promptly. Thankfully due to someone else pushing their project back, he was able to fit us in quickly. We've remodeled three homes over the past five years and Tiberius was hands down the easiest person we've worked with. Great communication both prior and during the job. We really wanted someone who was familiar with marble and the type of job we wanted and he definitely did not disappoint. Would highly recommend him if you want the job done right the first time by someone who pays attention to detail.

We are remodeling all three of our bathrooms and wanted tile in the showers. One shower had a tub, one a shower pan and one we wanted a shower pan built with tile on the floor. We also wanted built in shelves in all three showers. Tiberius and his crew were excellent. He quickly responded to calls and emails. I wasn't sure about the logistics of doing all three showers at once. Tiberius said the job would take two days and he'd have at least one of the showers ready to be used on the second day. He was even faster than expected and we were able to use one shower on the evening of the same day he started work. I was amazed at how clean they kept the work areas. All their equipment and the areas they were working were always clean and organized. We couldn't be happier with the end result, all three showers look fantastic.

Tiberius is a highly skilled, experienced perfectionist, who, with his excellent crew, works extremely efficiently and quickly. The job was completed in the promised timeline and looks absolutely beautiful. Tiberius also listens well, is attentive to aesthetic details and is a very friendly person to deal with. Tiberius has long experience with tile and it shows. He will not cut corners or do anything in a manner which is "not the right way". I would not hesitate to hire again; they would get my first call. If you need a master of tile, call them. I had a 5-year old tiled shower in my master bath which was leaking into the floor below. We did not know until it was taken apart that it was due to incorrect installation, by (probably unqualified) subcontractors. G&T came in, did sufficient demolition work to determine root cause of the leak (turns out there were multiple causes), demoed the remainder down to the wood, and reinstalled new tile/shower. Customer experience is a top priority. They show up on time, they work efficiently, and they clean up after themselves. We have had many contractors over the years, and learned that cleanliness matters especially if you are living in or around the work area. Few contractors are as clean ... G&T goes the extra mile to control the inevitable demolition dust and debris. During construction, they prefer to cut material outside, keeping dust outside as well. We never felt like we were living in a workshop. There is obvious pride taken in workmanship and doing things the right way. Particularly important when water is involved inside a home! I rarely give such strong or unqualified recommendations but G&T has earned this one.

Tiberius and his team did an excellent job on our new master bathroom. He installed heated floors, cement board for the shower and bathtub walls and tile on the floor, shower and tub walls and back splash. We decided to pay a bit more for epoxy grout. What a great decision! I was very impressed by how fast the job was done (4 days) while not loosing the attention to details. We went with a very small gap between tiles, but Tiberius did an amazing job aligning the tiles so it all looks and feels like one surface. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work.

Tiberius was awesome. I have worked in construction for almost ten years. For the estimate and the actual work he showed up each time 15 minutes early. He worked with us on which tile would look nice, as well as allowed us to buy material separate to save on costs. In this market it was difficult to get a contractor to even show up to provide an estimate, much less a reasonably priced one. Tiberius quoted a reasonable price for the market. Unfortunately when he showed up the first day some of the prep work that I was supposed to have done had not been finished - Tiberius looked me in the eyes and said "let's get it done then, I'll help you." Most contractors would have either walked away until it was finished or charged an arm and leg to get it finished. Tiberius provided input on other items outside his scope, and helped do a few things outside the scope. The scope included installing floor tile and a tub surround in our only bathroom, so the job needed to be done quick. He quoted a fixed price, and said he would finish in three days.... He finished in two and half days (with two of the days working 12 hour days) and charged the quoted estimate despite some issues with tile variances that weren't accounted for. The finished tile is a very complicated pattern and looks beautiful. Overall Tiberius is a genuine and warm person, and an ethical contractor that I highly recommend.

Tiberius was the best home improvement professional I have ever hired. He told me the job would take 5 days- it took 5 days. He gave me a competitive bid and actually came in even a bit under budget. He cleaned up after himself every day with great care- my house was not dusty or dirty at all! He was a pleasure to chat with- friendly, courteous and professional. Most importantly, tile work is part art and Tiberius brings his artistic soul to his work. He knows how to recommend grout colors so they coordinate, he laid each tile with the utmost care. The final product is really beautiful; indeed this is due to to the fine craftsmanship of Tiberius. I highly recommend Tiby. You will be blessed if you are fortunate enough to have him work with you!

Great. He showed up when he said he would. Did the work he said he would do. He made it seem easy, but I know from experience that it is not, and it looks great. Plus he complimented our choices and taste without being prompted. What more could you ask for?

Tiberius was excellent in every phase of this job. He responded quickly to my request for an estimate, showed up exactly when he said he would, worked fast and very neatly. We saw zero dust outside the kitchen and even that was limited. There were a couple little extras we asked for and he and his crew responded quickly and fulfilled our every request. Great. Tiberius installed marble tile in two bathrooms. He is a miracle worker. Both bathrooms look absolutely amazing. On time all of the time. Would definitely use his services again!

It went extremely well. Tiberius was very patient as there were lots of delays and issues with getting the new bathtub installed before he could do his part of the remodel. He stayed on top of the timeline and did an excellent job. Even when I came up with a more difficult floor tile pattern, he was able to make it look exactly as I wanted it and it came out great. I get many compliments on the tile work in my bathroom.

I give Tiby an A++ for the work he did on our backsplash. It was a relatively small job but he gave it his full attention and did an excellent job. He was prompt, polite and worked us in to fit our schedule. He is a skilled professional and easy to work with. He also gave us good advice on grout color. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

Tiberius did a phenomenal job! This was a small project and I was afraid a contractor would not give this project 100% of their attention because that has been my experience in the past with small projects. However, Tiberius gave this project 110%! He was responsive, on time, and thorough. He removed carpet and vinyl, put down backerboard, laid tile on the floor and baseboard, and grouted the tile.

Very responsive by phone call and txt. He was able to get the job done with very short notice and job was done with high quality and reasonable price. Will definitely refer to my real estate clients and friends! He is the best!
