Description of Work: People there at Eastside Transmission were very professional and helpful. One senior mechanics actually test-drove the vehicle with me twice to make sure to identify the noise issue from transmission. Then they opened up the transmission oil pan to examine its real situation and status. From there, they recommended an oil change (8 qt of top transmission oil). I recognized the improvement of the noise issue and better shifting move after 2 or 3 months of the oil change appointment. As they have predicted, my transmission issues are not to the degree that would require serious attention, but rather simple oil change would take care of the issues itself. They really work with you to address the issue. I would bring other vehicles in our house for transmission check up, since they do a very good job on the first vehicle we brought in.
