Description of Work: The guy was on time, very friendly and did an awesome job! He even tried to get rid of some fabric color stains which were really hard to get off! Everything looked like new and the carpet was fluffed up and looked great! I will definitely use them again!!!

Description of Work: The cleaner arrived promptly and cleaned white carpets that had not been cleaned in years. He explained that a few of the stains were very old and could not be removed, but when he was finished these stains were barely visible and overall the carpets looked much, much better.

Description of Work: He did a fabulous job, leaving my formerly-dirty carpet looking new and entirely stain-free. It did not take very long, and the carpet dried much faster than I expected it would. I will definitely hire Crystal again the next time my carpet needs cleaning.

Description of Work: The representative arrived precisely at the appointed time. He was very polite, cooperative, knowledgeable and thorough in his work. He cleaned one 4-cushion, 84-inch couch and a 6-cushion, 96-inch couch, consistent with the pre-service estimate provided via email several weeks earlier. He also cleaned an 8X10 area rug that I included at the last minute and provided a written estimate for off-site cleaning of an expensive 9X12 Oriental rug. His work was performed in a speedy and professional manner. In addition, making the service appointment with a knowledgeable, polite representative was a breeze. I would highly recommend Crystal for your upholstery and carpet cleaning needs. Next spring, I will plan on using them to clean carpets in 4 different rooms.
