Description of Work: The piano tuner tuned my piano. His office called ahead to confirm the appointment then called the day of to say when he'd arrive.He was professional, and offered to come again after a few months to make sure the piano was holding its tune since I hadn't had it tuned for many years. Now whether he was the best tuner ever, I couldn't judge, as I am not a professional pianist or musician of any kind. But in my layperson capacity I judge him as very good.
