My wife and I built our house in Kalama, and use don to do quartz countertops. Everything seems great in the beginning until the end product that he installed was very poor. The reveals were different from the front of cabinet across the face, and he did not do a backsplash. Unfortunately, we paid him the full amount, trusting that he would take care of us. But he ran away, and completely ignored us, so now we’re stuck with this. I would not recommend using this company.

The contractor was instructed to replace the Corian counters with ground-up granite tops exactly as the removed tops were installed. The counters were removed in late April, 2015 and the job was ostensibly completed on July 1, 2015. The initial promise from the contractor was a two-week turn around. As a result of the delay, this caused us to cancel vacation plans and other events where we use the coach. The delay was blamed initially on the fact that the insert covers for the sink and range had to be water jetted for an exact fit. Don, the owner of the company then called me on June 26, 2015 and explained to me that an additional slab had to be ordered from Vietnam and that they would not be able to do anything until receiving the material from the port. He promised at that time to complete the project on the following Monday. He was apologetic and said he would even throw in another slab for a TV cabinet that we were also having installed.
When called on Monday to find out status, he was agitated with me that he had to go to where the coach was located (where other remodel work was being completed and where he did removal and installation of the counters). I told him that I would bring the coach to him. He kept it overnight as he did not have time to work on it on Monday. When he called me on Tuesday and said the work was complete and I could pick up the coach, I then went to pick up the coach. He later called me back and said I owed him an additional $400 for the extra slab for the TV cabinet.
I showed up on the afternoon of Tuesday to retrieve the coach and found that the extra slab had not been cut as we discussed and that the inserts were not cut by a water jet machine (as described by the owners son) as they did not fit correctly, had gaps, the stove top insert does not sit level, and were too tight in other places. In addition, I discovered that the stove top range had not been centered in the installation and amateurishly trimmed. It is not centered either on the cabinet or under the microwave as the removed counter was. In addition the fold up side counter does not come up level and leans precariously to one side -- it is unusable. He had left the shop before I came to pick up the coach and would not answer the phone when I attempted to call him.
On July 24th, I contacted him to offer him an opportunity to replace the slab and correct the work before I proceeded to a legal solution. He did not respond to my efforts to reach out. It is my belief that the work is so poor and shabby, he has decreased the value of my motor coach substantially. I plan to communicate with the BBB and the state licensing agency to complain. Contractors and private individuals who need work done should stay clear of this guy. The work was performed at the providers location and at a shop in Woodland, WA. I would either/or be willing to share photos or show in person.

This experience has caused an extreme amount of consternation and I wish that we had looked for and found someone different.
