Great response from Jennifer Appointment set immediately with tech’s name and arrival time. Lane was the assigned tech, he called and confirmed appointment and arrival time. The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. Job was completed very well. Absolute satisfaction. Highly recommend this garage door repair company.

Top of the line service from Value. Jen, in the office, was a pleasure to talk with and very efficient at scheduling needed repairs. Brennan, the service tech, was knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and on time. Door spring repair was safely done, reasonably priced and company stands 100% behind their work. Highly Recommended!

Description of Work: I had purchased a big deal for $99 for Garage Door Reconditioning PLUS Replacing your Rollers OR Keyless Entry Pad. I was not able to use the deal due to the company not servicing my area. The gentleman I spoke with was very professional and polite and a pleasure to speak with.

Description of Work: My double width garage door jammed abruptly and without warning in its tracks as the door was beginning to close. Upon closer examination I noticed that one of the door lift cables had unraveled on its spool. After making several unsuccessful attempts to rewind the cable I got smart and decided to call in a professional. After a quick check of Angie's List resources, I chose Value Garage Door Service based on the positive reviews of the business offered by many satisifed customer who were impressed with the timely response and great customer service provided by Value. Owner Jesse not only provided me with his estimated time of arrival but he also was right on time - and he promptly and expertly finished the work on my garage door. Now, it works better than ever!
