They were very prompt and knowledgable, They did a wonderful job and I was very happy with the quality of the work. The ONLY negative was that I would have appreciated a phone call that someone was DEFINITELY coming. I got an appointment a few days ahead, and I wasn't positive that someone was actually going to come to install on a Saturday. The company is probably so efficient and reliable that they didn't even think that no one would show up. I have just had so MANY times in the past with other companies when the person said he would come and never did. This installer even arrived ahead of promised time. Highly recommend this company!

Well technician came out to our house unprepared and with no testing equipment. After about an hour trying to realign our dish he gave up. He told me he or another technician will return in the next few days with proper testing equipment and more knowledge then he has. As of today 10/5/10 never heard from you guys. This is very disappointing to me Andy P.
