Description of Work: These guys have done good work for us in the past but this time we couldn't even get them to call us back. Multiple calls over 2 days and no one could even bother to call back and tell us they didn't want the job. I don't have a lot of tolerance for that, so we've moved on to another plumbing company.

I am sorry for no one contacting you a few weeks ago. We had a major internal commutation problem with our answering service getting us the necessary messages on time. Somehow their emails and text were flagged as spam by one of their previous clients. The issue has been resolved. Description of Work: They replaced an outdoor frost-free hose faucet that was leaking. They did a great job and were very fast, but very expensive. They have standardized pricing and won't budge even if the work is easier than usual. Great service, expensive price.

He gave us an honest opinion of our overall plumbing situation and performed the work we asked for with no pressure or unwanted "up-sell". Drain Away representatives arrived on time for both the bid appointment and the work appointment. Jeff and Phil were polite, friendly and very service-oriented, answering all questions and inviting us to check the work in progress. They also cleaned up the job site completely at the end of a very long day. When asked to return for an adjustment, they returned within 24 hours, saying ''We want to be sure you are happy with the job. '' We couldn't ask for a better contractor experience!
Description of Work: Replaced all galvanized pipe in basement of 1927 home with Wirsbo, bringing new supply lines from main to laundry and lst floor kitchen and bath, updated basement laundry faucets/exterior hose bibs and installed new line for kitchen icemaker. Work involved a total of about 20 man-hours. Job resulted in a dramatically cleaned up system and much improved water pressure.

THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS TIMELY FOR THE INITIAL ESTIMATE APPOINTMENT. THEY MISSED FIRST WORK APPOINTMENT AND I HAD TO CALL IN ORDER TO RESCHEDULE. MATT PERFORMED THE WORK. HE ARRIVED ON TIME. HE WAS QUICK, EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. HE TURNED OFF OUR GAS MAIN TO DO THE WORK, BUT FORGOT TO RELIGHT THE PILOT ON WATER HEATER BEFORE HE LEFT. OTHER THAN THAT, HE DID A GREAT JOB.
