It went very well. Showed up same day I called.  Listened to our concerns.  Worked fast digging up a pretty good sized hole.  Got the job done very efficiently. As far as we can tell he did a great job.  I was told it would be approx. 200 over the phone.  The charge was 200.00.  We are so thankful we thought to call them and did not pay the  plumber 4200.

Luckily they had a guy just a few mile away so they were able to get to us the same day. Went through the entire system and everything checked out. Turns out we had overloaded the system with several loads of laundry, showers, and dishwasher after returning from a camping trip. Bad timing on our part as we are on a timed dose and managed to dump too much in too short of a time period. The good news is we are better educated about our system and know that everything functions as it should.

They did a good job and filed the report with county all for under $400, which included an inspection, ordering some new wires and switch, which had been cut, coming back to install the new part, and filing the county septic inspection report. No pumping was needed. Nice work in about a 2 week time period waiting for part.

The pump on my septic system failed and we had an overflowing septic tank. Ron and crew arrived the next morning, pumped the tank, replaced the pump and corrected the wiring on the tank alarm.
There was no doubt that they knew exactly what they were doing and they did it quickly. They cleaned up when the repairs were complete and took any contaminated parts away with them.

Job was scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Earl's guys showed up on time and went right to work. Project was completed in 1 full day. David was an excellent equipment operator and did good work. These guys had the equipment and knowledge to do the job right. Earl was fair with me on his pricing. I would recommend / hire them again.
