Description of Work: Replace leaking water pipe in crawlspace.

Description of Work: I scheduled the appointment two weeks in advance and they were a no show. When I called to find out what happened they didn't have me on their books. The person I spoke with told me they could come in a couple of hours. Since I would be home and needed the work done, I agreed. They did show up as promised and did the work. I had them replace the existing shower head, tub faucet and shower controls with new fixtures and controls I provided. Everything works great and they cleaned up after themselves. There was a hole in the sealant around the tub faucet that I need to replace. They also charged me $200 more than what was originally quoted. I'm on the fence about whether I would use them again.

Description of Work: I can't say enough good things about this company. They replaced my hot water heater in February, 2014. They have done other work for me over the past few years. Their work is excellent. I never have to call them back to fix something after they finish a job. They do it right the first time. The guys are congenial, yet professional. If I have an emergency plumbing issue, they come out to my house the same day I call them. When I call them, almost always a real person answers, usually one of the company owners. They can schedule a time to come to my house right then. If I have to leave a phone message, they return my call promptly. They are just the greatest. I definitely recommend AA Plumbing.

Description of Work: No service but the only one that even bothered to call me back. His schedule didnt allow him to get to me for a few days so went anotber route but he even called me again to make sure we got taken care of.
