Description of Work: Actual dates were in 2011 ... but your calendar doesn't go back that far. I felt there prices were out of line with the services provided. 2 persons came each time once per month. They did the basic vacuuming, moping and cleaning ... but I didn't feel it was worth the price they were charging for a couple hours. The manger/owner came 1st time to assess & estimate $. Felt he was a bit "uppity".

Description of Work: I requested the same providers each time as I did not want someone new every other scheduled visit in fact I wanted a particular individual every time. They had assured me there would be no changes. After repeated discussions I finally ended up not having them work for me. |Their pricing each item cleaned did not appeal to me.

+ -1 moreIt was easy to set up service; someone comes out and gives an estimate and arranges schedule. You can give them a key if you aren't going to be home. They are dependable and make an effort to keep their crew honest and accountable. The work is good, but things are often not put back where they belong. Two people for two hours at $200 is pretty expensive.
Description of Work: Cleaned kitchen, 2 1/2 baths, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, and hall. Vacuumed, dusted, extra attention to one room each time they come. They come every 4 weeks.

+ -1 moreThey are well-organized. They insist on everything being put on papers in the form of an agreement. They are fast in performing the task. They are very friendly and flexible. I can alter the schedules according to my schedules and convenience. They work on individual rooms and ensure everything is done before switching to the next. I like their services a lot and will use them in the future too.
