The owner was "just starting out" and was responsive with initial communications. However, the work was terrible. The house was empty except for one couch, a long dresser, and a medium size desk. He did not move any of the furniture. He did not even clean behind the doors. We asked for couch cleaning as well. The couch was cleaned VERY superficially. He was there almost 4 hours for a 500-600 square foot area, stairs and two couches. The carpet was still wet three days later. The owner was made aware of the missed patches offered to come back. However, we were moving out of state and rental company for the house ultimately did not charge a fee for the partially cleaned carpets
