I enjoyed working with this company. The inspection and cleaning took less time than I expected; about 30 minutes. The technician was very thorough and clean. No ash or dust from the clean remained when he was finished. I will definitely retain them for my annual cleaning.

It was nice and good. But wish they would have had booties on their feet with coming in and out of the house and tracking dirt. It was good but I had to clean the carpet up after they left.

I was very pleased with the chimney cleaning service. The technician was professional, respectful, and went about his work in expeditious manner. He even joked with my kids about getting the chimney ready for Santa. The scheduling was a bit of a long lead as they were busier than i expected, but they communicated effectively and showed up on time as expected. I might have been able to find someone to do it $10 or $20 cheaper but avoiding headaches is often worth it.

Very pleased with the service. Though we needed a dryer vent replacement, but tech recommended a cleaning which was less expensive. After the cleaning, it feels like we got a new dryer!

By the time they got to my house due to Friday traffic it was dark but he was still able to evaluate my furnace chimney and clean it.

I received a call one hour before the team showed and the were on time. They found a clogged downspout during the cleaning and I stopped it promptly.

They're very thorough and knowledgeable. They also used a ladder to inspect the top of our chimneys and found problems you couldn't have found any other way. We are selling our house, and the buyer's chimney inspector at first said both chimneys needed a new lining, but Sixpenny said that wasn't necessary. The quote for fixing the real problems was considerably below the other company's. We're recommending them to the buyer.

They write down the wrong number and showed up. Nooone was at the residence so the trip fee was more than the chimney cleaning. When I found out they wouldn't work with me at all.

They were a lovely group of guys, worked in the pouring rain, came back on Monday to finish the job, asked if i wanted the concrete doing and i said yes and they did that too, clean tidy on time & a great price what more could i ask for, they went above and beyond to clean the underside of the gutters too.
