Our real estate office was in a desperate need to find someone ASAP to clean and inspect a chimney. I went on Home Advisor and they immediately responded. They provide awesome customer service, are professionals and what they do.

Highly responsive and great service. Steven was amazing, cleaned our chimney and gutters and thoroughly inspected everything. We knew we needed some repairs due to a water leak. The full repair cost was very reasonable, and scheduled within days. Customer service was cheery and fantastic, I actually enjoyed getting calls from them.

I was able to get a fireplace inspection the next day! Great price and wonderful customer service. I also needed my dryer vent and air ducts cleaned and they did that as well and honored their coupon on HomeAdvisor and I received the dryer vent cleaning for free. Technicians were wonderful and very professional. I m so happy I found this company recommended on Home Advisor!

Friendly, polite and courteous. Showed up on time and went straight to work. Cleaned up debris when finished and took it with him. Couldn t be more pleased.

They serviced my dryer duct the same day. Took out all the dry leaves and dead straws left inside the entire vent pipe, by the birds. Checked everything and put a bird barrier cage in front of the duct. Very friendly and professional people.

Have used this company twice and the workers have been clean, efficient, and helpful. I will be using them for future chimney needs.

They took pictures of chimney exhaust problems that need fixing and presented an estimate to repair. Showed us that there had already been a fire in our chimney.

I thought they were very knowledgeable and courteous but I thought the price was a little high as my chimney was clean and in good condition. Overall the service was very good though.

Did my chimney clean last year and did such a great job at the right price I decided to retire my chimney brush. This year the price has gone up 50% so the brush is coming out of retirement.

Upsell/Recommended unnecessary repairs and marked my invoice “do not use”. The cleaning was not worth $125.00.

Prompt response and scheduled appointment net day. Had a chimney inspection and cleaning for a house sale. Only issue was the roof vent needed some caulking applied. Chimney sweep was quick with no mess. Technician also helped repair a shingle on the roof. Highly recommend.

Technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. and the price was a little on the high end, but close to the average for this area. Would recommend them to others.
