Sixpenny Cleaning Service

Sixpenny was very responsive to my inquiries about having our dryer duct cleaned. Ryan answered all of my questions thoroughly and provided me a reasonable quote during our call. Ryan explained that this was their "all-in" cost to have the duct cleaned, which was not the case with all of the vendors I contacted. They were able to schedule a technician within 2 days of my call to request service. The office called me the day prior to the scheduled service call to update me on the arrival time for the technician. Inspite of the rain, the technician, Franko, still came out to perform the service. He clearly explained the process and showed me the results of his cleaning. He recommended adding a bird cage to the duct vent, which I approved. Franko was very professional and clearly knows his business! Thanks for a positive experience!

The Gentlemen was very knowledgeable, polite, and did and excellent job.

I really didn't need any work done as the chimney was in fantastic condition but I felt like the guy had to do something nonetheless. Would have been nice to have the option to not have it cleaned and just pay a surcharge for his time.

The only reason I gave work quality and the overall rating 4.5 instead of 5 stars was that they did not get on the roof and inspect the top of the chimney. The last company I had did that and I think that's an important part of the inspection. However, for the price I paid and the service I did get, I am very pleased.
