We hosted a wedding the day after the cleaning, so the additional work on the tile floor was greatly appreciated. We will definitely call Kangaroo Carpet Cleaning Services again, and would highly recommend them to our friends. The price may be a little higher than the standard franchise, but the cleaning was much better.

The 2 man crew showed up exactly when they said they would, none of this 4 hour window stuff. They were very friendly, courteous, and professional. They did a great job leaving the carpets almost like new. We had numerous serious stains which they were able to remove successfully. They completed the job in 2-3 hours and did a good job of cleaning up prior to departing. I will definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

They soaked the carpets too much so they didn't dry in a reasonable amount of time. I wouldn't hire them again.

They came out on time and were professional. The only thing I did not like is that they used a circular brush, which makes the carpet look strange after washing.

Our dog had gotten sick while we were gone for the day and Kangaroo came out immediately to take care of our carpet! If that was not impressive enough, after the carpet dried, there was a faint stain in places where the mess had been (This can happen normally with this type of mess on carpets and is no reflection on the company). The came out immediately again to take care of it. I was very pleased with the results and am comfortable with knowing my carpets are sanitary after this.

I scheduled my appointment with Jeff a few weeks out after purchasing the Big Deal, but ended up having to call and move up the date because we received an early bid on our townhome before we were ready to put it on the market. Jeff was very accommodating. They arrived on Saturday morning a bit late, but Jeff had called me earlier in the morning to let me know that he was delayed due to a needed part and was on his way. I appreciated the heads-up, and the brief delay was not a problem. Jeff and his assistant (whose name I am, regrettably, blanking on) were friendly, courteous, and extremely efficient. After walking through the areas with me, they got to work quickly. As each area was finished, they called me in to inspect the area to make sure I was satisfied with the effort. The cleaning solution they used was non-toxic and smelled wonderful - like fresh oranges - and they were really great about working around large furniture. They were very willing to move moderately sized furniture during the cleaning. I cannot say enough good things about their professionalism and the quality of their work. I was, quite frankly, skeptical that the carpets could be salvaged, as they are the original carpets in the 11 year old townhouse, and have survived 2 families and several large dogs. There were stains and spots that the original owners had left (they hired a poorly rated company with truck mounted machines to clean the carpets, and they were never really cleaned well). We added a few of our own over 9 years, including a few that I thought had no chance of coming out. Because the Big Deal they offered was so good, I agreed to give Kangaroo a shot, even though I was secretly preparing to have to fork out for new carpet in order to sell the house. Kangaroo did an AMAZING job. They got out almost every stain, including an oily stain that I thought would never come out. Even the few left behind are so faint that you'd probably never notice them if you didn't know where to look. These 11 year old carpets look far better today than they did when we bought the place 9 years ago. We are so completely pleased and impressed with their work. We would absolutely recommend Kangaroo Carpet Cleaning Services to anyone. We got excellent value for the money, and don't think anyone could top the quality of their work. It was also a pleasure to have friendly and personable service. Our only regret is that we are leaving the area and won't be able to use their services again. Kangaroo saved us a lot of money, and we're really glad we called them before attempting to replace the carpets.

Arrived on time. Worked productively the entire time and performed an outstanding job cleaning 4 bedrooms, 3 flights of stairs and a three cushion cream colored sofa. Highly recommended.

I called on rather short notice. Jeff answered the phone and apologized for his sounding under the weather, which he was. I informed him I had 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom, small hallway, and stair case that needed cleaning. I liked his price so much (compared to Stanley Steamer and others) that I added one additional bedroom that I wasn't originally going to have cleaned. I have used Hadeed in the past, but I was rather unsatisfied with their service last time around that my wife said to use someone else. Jeff and his associate arrived about 20 - 30 minutes early and immediately got to work while I went back to doing other things around the house. They were done in about 1.5 - 2 hours even with Jeff fighting a bad cold. Everything looks great! There was no attempts to up-sell deodorizers, de-greasers, pet protection, etc. which I like greatly. The fact that he and his associate also spoke clear English was another plus! The only downside is that the carpet is damp for the next few hours, but I am not caring in the least.

They scheduled me within a day or two of my calling, arrived on time, and did a great job. I was mostly concerned with greasy black stains that my husband tracked in, and they got those up, but they also managed to pull up stains left by my "spot" carpet cleaner that previous cleaning services told me were permanent.

Jeff and Tye were very professional and dedicated to ensure that I was satisfied with their job of cleaning my basement carpet. I had some stains on the floor near my office desk which they removed 95% of the stains. I'm totally satisfied with their work ethics to ensure that the customer is satisfied. I will highly recommend their service to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned. Outstanding service at an excellent price.

If I remember correctly - I never used this company. I purchased the carpet cleaning. Called their number and they did not call me back. I subsequently contacted your company to be reimbursed. Please check your records to verify.

I used Kangaroo carpet through an Angie's Big Deal and was not disappointed. Kangaroo was easy to schedule with and on the day of the service they were on time, cordial, and did a great job. So good, in fact, that I would definitely pay full price for them. Kangaroo left my light beige carpet spotless and left me a happy customer.

They showed up at the agreed upon time and were ready to go in minutes. The team was were very thorough, professional, courteous, as well as friendly. We were so impressed that we recommended the service to our friend and they hired them on the spot to do their entire house. This is the second time we have used Kangaroo and they have hit it out of the park each time. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a quality cleaning service and their approach and customer care are just icing on the cake!

I definitely would not use this service again. It was a bad experience. He said he did not know why it looked dirty after the first cleaning. He was a nice guy but the job he did was poor.

Good service, got dirty carpets very clean. Would recommend. Only problem was I purchased Big Deal and they didn't contact me, it was several months later before the work was done, but it turned out fine

Never returned our calls. We left home, work, and cell numbers. If you really need them, I would recommend a LONG lead time or call another highly rated carpet cleaner, as we did.

Workers were on time. Owner was on the job and told the whole story of his partner stealing all his equipment; the only reason he advertised with Angie's List was to build his business back up and buy new equipment....Relatively little customer care or desire to do a good job). They sprayed A LOT of soap solution on carpet, and left residue on all baseboards and edges of carpet (approximately 3 inches on the edges of ALL carpets). Legs of furniture were also sprayed and and not wiped clean. in and out in about 30 minutes, and a very haphazard experience. I am planing to have the carpets done again in the fall to clean up the mess they made. Not at all a typical Angie's List experience.

I was skeptical about their equipment vs. truck mounted but after doing some research online, I decided to give it a try. The carpet appears clean and fresh looking, so I would say I am satisfied in that regard. Although, the cleanup issues which have been mentioned downgraded my overall experience.
